I got a pair of size 9 Air Force 1s and I’m a 8.5 in most shoes. Simple trick I did was just to wear triple socks and lightly tie the lace if it’s low cut.

Same. But I went crazy bonkers and bought myself a pair of size 12 J1s. A combination of thicker socks multiple socks and an additional insole did the trick.
According to an older gentleman, who is the owner of a shoe store, do not put those heel strips in the heel of your shoe. It will move your foot forward causing it to continue slipping. Instead, cut it in half and put one on each side of the shoe.

I got a pair of Jordan 1 lows after trying for a long time but unfortunately did not see the videos about sizing. They fit like a size 8.5 or even a 9 and I’m a 7.5/8. I don’t want to sell them because i really like them but I need them to fit a bit better
The insert is going to be something I look to try. I was always fat and lost 95 pounds and my shoe size shrank. I miss my my louboutins be nice to be able to wear them again, they are too expensive to just replace.
Sew some cloth onto your socks where needed to position your foot. On the front would be like the tissue, but more permanent. Your right and left socks would then be different. Maybe put the cloth in loosely first to see what yo need.

just wanna share that I added the soles from my size 8 work sneakers, into my work boots and damn they fit nice and snug now! Before that i could just feel my feet shifting side to side and carrying lumber with boots that fit that way was rough. Thanks and be well

What I use on my Red wings is those felt pads that you put on your furniture to slide on the floor it has a sticky base on the back and it works perfect! I believe that this is like 3 in round but it takes the whole heel in the boot for a nice snug fit. Give it a try you won't be disappointed

I have completed 10 rides so far and there are no issues. The first time trying to fit them on the Peloton bike took 10 minutes (even with the help of an experienced cyclist friend who wears the same type of cleats). It took a couple of rides to break in. After the first two rides there were no issues at all.
I've taken all these steps but I need to start a dialogue about an advanced problem that is occurring to my shoes and to others who try to spread the gospel. Opponents try to slow down the efforts of influential messengers with guerrilla tactics against the footwear, to the untimely, eventual total devaluation of the footwear. Thank you for yet another useful video... it’s great how you suggest less pricey options. Do 3/4 length orthotics do anything for metatarsalgia?
They help a bit, but the best for metarsalgia is generally a full-length insert with a built metatarsal pad for sure!

I ordered the right size but they have Velcro straps which I can’t make any tighter so the shoes are pretty loose around my ankle.
