I’m 45, had scoliosis all my life but I’m now just starting to work with a Schroth PT and I’m starting to learn how to take care of my some and exercise with my spine. I have tried so many different tools over the years and you video was helpful in helping me sift through the most useful one and the why behind it as I always wondered about the inversion tables and that explanation was especially useful. Also about the lacrosse ball to release hip flexors I will stop suffering through that and use a softer ball 😂
