You can do a quick google search for "Lure Making Supplies". There are many different places you can buy supplies from.

Barlows is a good place and so is lure parts online or rock island sports on eBay

Sizes of blades and clevis' differ. Purchase different sizes and experiment, find out which pattern works best for you.
