Hi Mickey, subscriber 63 here ! . I have a white 2022. Have a look at the Acebis frame protectors to save the frame from your boots, I put paint protection film on the frame first so the paint is protected from the plastic to. I like your Warp9 case savers, I’ll be doing those in the near future. I have done the Warp9 levers, foot pegs, brake lever and gear shifter. I’m in the process of doing a Protaper FatBar mod now. ....keep us posted on your mods !
Thanks so much, and yes, I’ve been noticing that wear from my boots. I’ll probably be adding those covers soon. I’ll also be making some changes between now and summer, definitely updating/posting changes between now and then. Really appreciate the sub and input!
another great video thanks mate. before you put that allen key block off bolt in i put some silicone on mine so it seals .no water can get in
Yessir! Thx for the heads up!
I have a black 2022 and love it especially after I did the suspension upgrades, springs and re-valve in the front and back Total transformation especially for a bigger guy not as big as you 5 11 200 pounds. Also, got the 5.3 in those two months the best one oh and the seat(SC). great video. Thanks
Thanks for watching, springs and tank are a must!
I absolutely love that bike I want one myself
It’s easily my favorite one I’ve ever owned.
Appreciate the parts tip at the end and your case guards do look clean. I bought mine used and it already had the chunky steel guards but I won't complain
Edit: the skids n stuff bloke also prefers the plastic skid plate and claims lower friction than aluminum when if sliding over obstacles
Also, in my experience, when I increased my front sprocket to a 16 tooth my engine case guard sprocket cover didn't fit and I had to put the plastic one back on just FYI
Nice bike man! Got the same one back in Nov. Can't ride it enough! 5.3 is going on next week!
Thanks! Please let me know what you think of it, the 5.3! I’m hoping to mod it to make the vacuum petcock work when I do finally get one.
@@ComfyDadShoes I can go 217 miles until reserve going 70 on the freeway, never ran it dry, maybe 250-260 which is perfect for me because it's 82 miles to get to my favorite trails and 82 back so it leaves me about 100 miles for trails and dirt roads without stopping (which I rarely do that many miles off road). I am leaving my carb alone, I've never had one I've tried to modify run right, airbag stays stock too. I got the Tusk hand guard/barkbuster type.
If you’re still reading comments this late: remove the upper chain roller. It’s just going to get ripped out if you’re taking jumps and rough off road. It can damage the frame when it breaks off.
I did. One of the cheapest and best improvements. The dealer told me not to worry about, but when I did it was already marked up really bad from chain slap. Thanks for catching that bc every DR needs it removed right from the dealer.
🤘🏻 I got the same bike.... so you got a subscribe and like🤘🏻
Right on brotha! I’ll be quite a few more things in future vids as well. Thank you very much for the sub!
Nice vid bro , well done , the link showed a klx rack , is it a direct fit

Possibly, here’s the link again in case I posted the wrong one. Thanks for watching!
I try get 1 thing for bike a month at most, and i don't install until few weeks after purchase when possible, it like a women, to much maintainance and you start resenting the burden of it!!
Yes, lol. The keepers are the ones that stay steady! 🍻 love em how they are!
