I watch your videos everyday and I’ve watched hundreds from other people. I changed my swing after watching your videos and my scores have come down considerably. Please keep making these videos!

As i get older (47) having a compact swing is not just good for scoring but almost a necessity....dont bend and twist as well as i use to ....and i have been as low as scratch ....mostly stay between 6 and 9 now but even if i went back to a 15 or 20 handi cap ....the most important thing in golf is to have fun .....for me thats not taking it a serious as i once did ....it didnt come easily for me ...i had to really work to get to scratch ....and if you dont have time to practice at least daily in some for of fashion its not attainable for most people .....setting realistic goals ....short compact repeatable swing and again fun should be your main objectives ....why i love you and manolo so much .....keep it up ....good info your providing for the majority of golfers ...

Hey Jimmy I’ve watched a lot of self acclaimed guru golf teachers but your way of explaining things so simply is fantastic I watch you daily
Just wish you were a little more aggressive with your putts at least to miss just past the cup. You ain’t getting a birdie if you can’t reach the hole Never up Never in Keep up the good work it’s helping me more than anything I ever watched read or been taught in my whole life

Jimmy love your video's... keep them coming. Great common sense golf. Play within your talents and how to avoid those big numbers. You have to do WITB. Keep hitting them true!

The video Jimmy made about not losing balls OB and staying on the grass dropped my handicap 4-5 over two weeks, I literally tell myself in the beginning of each round “stay on the grass, don’t lose balls” it’s kept me so much more sane as well in each round. I’m consistently shooting in the 90’s with about 7-8 months at this crazy game…thanks Jimmy

Hey Jimmy, I couldn't agree more, consistency is the key. Hitting a great golf shot isn't as difficult as we might think if we follow your tips, hitting 72 of them in a row........;)

I have no idea what to grab in the bag for different shots. Can you please make a video with different distances for each club if you haven’t already?

everyone is different. I can hit a club, 150 yards and I can also hit it 115. That is all practice!

Hello Jimmy, I am a six handicap and I really like your videos. The two things I plan to improve the most in my game for the next season (I live in Canada...) is how to approach the game from a mental point of view. To manage better and stay relaxed no matter what happens, good or bad. Also to keep it simple. We tend to complicate the game for nothing. It's already a complicated sport even if you keep it simple... Don't aim for the home run unnecessarily. And yes, a boguay is acceptable!

  • @MichaelP11

These videos are definitely helping me understand the game better. Course management is huge. Swing mechanics have improved because I don't have 50,000 swing thoughts fucking up my head. I appreciate the help brother.

Hi Jimmy , since watching your videos I find myself skipping past all the old golf ‘tip’ channels I used to watch , your advice is perfect for the average weekend golfer , who are never gonna hit 300 yard draws off the tee . Keeping the swing smooth & slow & making more use of the irons helped me to break 90 last weekend. Thankyou.

I really appreciate your videos. We just thawed out from a week of sub-freezing temperatures with snow. So, I can't play yet, but I am practicing my smooth swing into a net (even in the snow & cold). The one thing I miss about southern CA is some of the winter weather (I moved away from Pasadena to the Midwest in 1993). Last year I lowered my scores about 10 strokes to around 95. This year I'm taking it even lower! Your videos have helped me anticipate & imagine playing a whole lot smarter. Thanks!

    • @ovi2nedelcu2

you can play the video at slow speed in the video settings button (next to the CC button). also, if thats not slow enough you can pause the video and use the "" buttons to go frame by frame and thus you can basically see the swing at any speed you like depending on how fast you press the arrow buttons
