Willie Nelson wrote this song when he was *19* years old.
Patsy reworked some things in the song to suit her. Willy liked the result.
I was almost surprised to read that fact on Google.,... Until I remembered Willie babysat Methuselah.
So much more beautiful music she could share with the world if her plane hadn't crashed
@@timcarr6401 Patsy changed the word stupid to crazy
@@waderigsbee6923 You're crazy. :-)
“She’s Got You”,”I Fall To Pieces”,”Walkin After Midnight”,so many more great songs she sang❤️✌🏻
Yep. She’s Got You tore me up back in the day. 😞. Such a great voice.
Such a beautiful voice, the haunting inflections. This was just a tiny bit before my time, I'm 54, but my parents listened.
LeeAnn Rhymes did a wonderful job on this song, in her own right, it's beautiful to listen too. But Leeann can't match Patsy Cline, even if she was having a miracle day
"you belong to me."
Fall to Pieces was my parents song
Please react to more of her songs 🤘🏼
You've got big ears, youngblood. I don't mean that they physically stick out of your head too far, I mean they are wide open to all the good stuff, no matter when it was made. Good for you. Now dig some "Walking After Midnight" and "I Fall To Pieces" and "She's Got You."
When you have time, check out Patsy Cline "Walkin' After Midnight", "I Fall to Pieces" and "Back in Baby's Arms"...good one's too.
Better late to Patsy Cline than never to have experienced her talents. Keep going!
That voice earns all the chill bumps in the world! 💕
I still remember when my dad said that they had been playing Patsy Cline songs all day on the radio because she was in a plane crash... He didn't sit down to watch the news that night after dinner so he could listen to the radio play Patsy's songs. I was in third grade!
Sixty years, and still a great song. It makes you think about all of the wonderful songs and singers in history that were never recorded, either because recording was not invented yet, or the singer didn't have a way to do it. I'm glad for the preservation of music, so voices like this can live on. Thank you for the reaction, it was charming.
The Purity of her voice… just heaven.
You’re an old soul bro. Your love for the oldies shows you have extraordinarily good taste in music, and your positive spirit shows. That alone will take you far in life.
The most iconic voice in country music singing a great Willie Nelson song! It doesn't get any better.
I always think of Willie Nelson when I hear this song(he wrote it) & I think you should react to Willie Nelson “You Were Always On My Mind” it’s so beautiful 😍
Another legendary song by a legendary singer!😁
You want chills......listen to her sing Faded Love......the last few seconds of that song and you will never be the same. She was recording that night after a big fight at home with her husband. Her husband shows up at the studio and the producer throws him out telling him, "Did you two have a fight or something. She's crying through every song and I don't want you to break the mood! Get out of here." Her voice cracks with real emotion at the end of this song and you can feel her pain. Also, this was the last song she ever recorded. She died in an airplane crash a few weeks later. Another song she did that night was Sweet Dreams which is also filled with her emotion.
#NoLimitNation
Patsy Cline ❤️! A beautiful voice.! Another great talent that was taken from us too soon. She died in a plane crash when she was only 30 years old in 1963. #RIP You should also check out “I Fall to Pieces,” & “Walking After Midnight” by her.
And her headband is hiding a scar from a major car accident!
I thought she was 27 when she died
Sweet dreams by late , great Patsy Cline … just beautiful
I don't know what I liked better: Patsy's voice, the song, the lyrics, the background singers, the piano. . . .I loved it all.
Patsy=pure classic and unforgettable
No one forgets Patsy's voice once they hear it.
Just imagine this was before everyone "auto tune" and modern recording equipment. She had a perfect pitch and was I believe a true contralto. Thanks for bringing her up she was one of the greatest singers in the 20th century.
Floyd Cramer. One of the greatest pianists of all time!
And his grandson, Jason Coleman, isn't bad either!
This is slow-dancing-the-kitchen-in-the-dark-after-supper-dishes-to-the-radio music.
I do that to her "greatest hits" album....it's a total vibe
"I Fall to Pieces" is the only song of hers close to this one.
Another undeniable classic. Another absolutely beautiful voice.
Patsy is the Queen. Check out her songs "Walking After Midnight", "I Fall To Pieces", and "Sweet Dreams". You won't be disappointed. Sadly Patsy died in a plane crash shortly after her career took off. It was a great loss.
There's something really special about Patsy Cline. I have never been a big country fan but her
Music crosses over lines
She has a beautiful voice! Thanks for reacting to this. Check out "Sweet Dreams" and "I Fall to Pieces" by Patsy. There was a movie made about her life back in the 80's, by the way. RIP Patsy Cline
Listen to Patsy sing “Sweet Dreams” you will get goosebumps
I first heard Pasty 60 years ago when I was 8. It was at the county fair and I was mesmerized.
Old school Country, well sung with feeling will touch the soul of any listener. I love a great ballad. So laid-back and easy.
Thank you whoever requested this. I had this CD and wore it out. Gone to soon. Great reaction, Twon. ⭐️👍🏻
same but now i am going to buy the LP
Patsy was taken from us in 1964 and is STILL ranked as the best female country singer ever, part of that was her amazxing voice and part was that she internalized every song, she lived it as she sang it. Listen to her do "Faded Love", those are real tears at the end!
When I listen to Patsy Cline, so does the neighborhood!
O. M. G.! One of the best Country Singers Ever!
A classic country song!
The chills are from her unmatched voice! So unique. Patsy at her finest!
Goosebumps & chills here too...Love Patsy Cline.
My absolute favorite Patsy Cline song. She was amazing.
There are people in the world--my dad was among them--who think she's the GOAT.
Funny, my father did as well.
I do, too.
The piano player was Floyd Cramer who was known for his "slip finger" style of playing. Mr. Cramer was a star in his own right as the year before "Crazy" he had a hit with a song called "Last Date" in 1960. If you enjoy his style of playing then I recommend you give "Last Date" a listen.
The great Patsy Cline beautiful
Voice of an angel. They don't come along often.
Love your channel my friend ❤
Try LeAnn Rimes
Song is
" BLUE "
This song was dedicated to
Patsy Cline
But she died before she could recorded
You will love this one too ❤

It's been awhile since I watched this song but I love your reactions you always put a smile on my face thank you Shadow ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Written by Legend Willie Nelson in his youth! Your channel needs Willie!
RIP Patsy Cline. Her songs give me chill bumps!
"I Fall to Pieces" is a great recommendation, but I'll add "Lovesick Blues"
Hi Mr. T., A great, great voice.. She almost yodels without trying.. Ms. Patsy was on the plane that took
Buddy Holly, Richie Valens, the Big Boppers life; they call it the day that music died.. 1959 She was 30 years old.. ♠W.G.
No vocal lessons, no autotune. Just pure talent.
This was my moms favorite song. Back in the day on Saturdays we would deep clean and listen to music. I love her voice very talented.
Patsy has so many great songs for such a short career. This is my all time favorite song. Another good one is “She’s Got You” . Please do more reactions to Patsy Cline! You won’t regret it. ☮️♥️🙏🏼🥰
If you like the piano you should check out Floyd Cramer “Last Date” . It’s a beautiful instrumental ♥️
Man that song tore me up back in the day. She’s Got You. Patsys voice is amazing.
She had such a STUNNING voice!! Great reaction! Thanks Twon ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Tammy Wynette sang with a tear drop in her voice. Check out Stand By Your Man.
She had a lovely reverb to her voice. Unforgettable.
On piano was Floyd "The Tinkler" Cramer. He backed up Elvis then when on to have a successful solo career with instrumental hits. The Jordanaires were also backup singers for Elvis.
Best vocalist of all time!
And while your checking them out, check out who wrote the songs. You might be surprised .
Great voice, great song. Mahalo (thanks) for that.
Her voice always gives me chills! 🎵❤️
She's a legend for sure.
I'm glad young people are listening to this music. 🙌

Willie Nelson, Angel Flying To Close To The Ground 🙂
I knew of Patsy Cline and Country from my Grandparents
Even though I’m rock ect..
I still remember her voice singing in the house while grandma baked
Such a loss
Such a rare talent
Please listen to The “First Lady of Country”
Patsy’s dearest friend “Lorretta Lynne”
There’s also 2 movies for “Smoking, Snacks & Good Movie
Start with “Coal Miner’s Daughter” after the song “Loretta Lynne” wrote based on her life
Take you to a different time and place
Well worth visiting 🎶✌️
@No Limit Twon her voice got you, that’s where those chills came from!!! Such a beautiful voice and song!!! Glad to see you React to this!!! R🎙P Ms. Patsy Cline.
k.d.Lang is another artist with a
similarly amazing voice. Think she did a cover of this?
Beautiful song.
From OKC. We just took our first trip to Nashville last month. We traveled all over Tennessee, including stopping at the landmark at the site of Patsy's plane crash.
You have great taste in music, my friend.
No one has ever sounded as good as her, since.
You have to do some Gladys Knight; 1. Neither One of Us and 2. You are the Best Thing That Ever Happened to Me. I LOVE Patsy; have since 1963! You should watch the movie about her life and tragic death.
"Feel all of the emotion". Perfect. Peace out.
A voice that can't be ignored.
Patsy Cline 'I fall to pieces' and 'She's got you.
Patsy is timeless. Such a tragedy that she died so young.
#NoLimitNation! 🔥
Another great gone too soon.
She died in a plane crash at age 30.
But she lives on forever!
Some of these artists are gone, but people keep finding their music, they're never gonna leave the stage, and why shouldn't their music live on after them? Their music is perfect. Yeah, some people say that the 50's and early 60's country was sterile and safe, soft and smooth, but, well, it was the first time it had made it into the average home. You kinda have to dress up and be on your best behaviour when you are first introduced to people, and Patsy Cline, and Jim Reeves, and Tennessee Williams were the ones to introduce the average person to country and western music. All my favorite country singers are in the vein of the independent artist or the unsigned. But my favorite big name country singer is Ronnie Milsap, maybe check out "Since I Don't Have You"? His voice is like butter, but with some punch and soul to it.
There's a movie about her tragic life and death called Sweet Dreams. Highly recommend it!
"Anyone who says they don't like country music is either lying or doesn't know what they're talking about." -- Eleni Mandell.
What a voice.
Patsy Cline greatest hits - Faded Love, When you need a laugh, Sweet Dreams, Why can't he be you. Everything she sang was amazing.
Patsy Cline will make you cry!!
Please listen to She's got you . Please my fav from Patsy.
Thanks, Twon - Patsy was one-of-a-kind - you can hear the emotion in her voice - and also the ability - this chick could yodel - lol - one of my favorite by her is "Walking after Midnight" - ruclips.net/video/bsRNCvHXHHU/видео.html
A legendary song by a legendary singer!💗👏
Love your reactions 👍
Pur voice. No screaming, exaggerated warbling, no straining to hit nots...just emotion.
Great Reactions!
Love your reaction! Smooth! Thanks for making this one!!! 🥰
such a great reaction....loved listening to this song with you.
Miss Patsy was my Dad's cousin.
There's so much more to her.
Ole CLASSIC! If you want to listen to another from that era,...................suggest Roy Orbison. He has a ton of hits. 'Walk On' and 'Running Scared' are just a couple song suggestions. Many many others but I'll let someone else reply to those.
