Great looking garage. Pardon my asking, but aside from the sidewalk and landscaping details, how much did this project run the owner? Were permit costs much to bear?
I have a stupid question... how high does the dirt go before you sod or lay grass seeds... pertaining to the surface of the walkway? BTW I absolutely love your videos and if you guys ever expand to Ontario (Sudbury) let me know, I'll higher you!
