Matt I heard one time Josh Donaldson say the back side knocks out the front side. Man the younger a batter gets this concept the better

Off topic but I have a question. Should I go to Perfect Game, Baseball Factory, PBR, etc. I am going to into freshman year this fall and have not fully developed. (5’4” 100 LBS) do colleges look for fundamentals expecting kids to grow? I am not near throwing like the top prospects for my age. They are ripping like 80 mph off the mound and I am around like 60-65. If you could help I’d really appreciate it, thanks!

Makes sense to me and gives me a good way to EXPLAIN it to my kids. If there is a breakdown its ususally me being able to communicate this effectively.

you should do vid on adjustments in the body mechanics for low zone vs high zone. i see a lot of stuggles for taller kids learning to hit low pitches esp.

Hey Matt love your channel. Do you have any tips I can share with my little brother on not being an overly aggressive base runner? He gets picked off constantly because he is always looking to steal and takes massive leads. I asked him why he always does that and he told me it's a force of habit.
