I've long wanted the 13 mini as my first iPhone purely for its size and flat sides but at the same time the S10e appeals to me with its size, headphone jack and microSD support. But I'm kind of leaning towards the S10e because it offers: easier media transfer from the phone to a Windows or Linux PC, the headphone jack and microSD support, a larger range of controls in the manual camera mode, can be bought for half the price of the iPhone and the repairs and battery replacement will likely cost less. By the way, your outdoor filming makes your videos really chill to watch. You might want to take a look at the ASUS Zenfone 9 if you haven't already.
I really like my S10e. Sure it's older and slower compared to that awesome 13 mini but the S10e still performs wonderfully. It's going to be so hard to let this galaxy phone go in the next few years when it becomes to slow 😕
I'm lucky to have them both in my hands. Very difficult to let even one of them go. Both of them are so handy and kinda cute. I wish more brands would still be making such little powerhouses for users like us.
I resolved this dilemma. I have them both :) I cannot decide which one I like more so I am using them on turns. This way I can enjoy both. They both are wonderful phones. I don’t like too much the big ones. At least, in the summer, when I wear only a shirt and some pants with small pockets, those minis are the best, being Samsung or apple. It happened few times to be worried that I forgot my iPhone home when I didn’t felt it in the pocket from the first time due its amazing size
I have been waited for the smaller phone since years then finally replaced my iPhone XS by 13 mini. Its best phone i had ever, 5.4" is still big enough screen to write emails, posts on socials and watching YT videos or gaming. No more larger phone ever if possible. It lays in pocket perfectly no matter you're in work or on sport activities like running or biking, and completely no issues with battery working time - one day of very active up to two days when i am not using phone a lot.
I opted to keep my S10e for media use. Also, great for apps to monitor devices like I use for my Solar Charge Controllers. Let's me configure the controllers, monitor solar output, and battery voltage. Also, lets me download sheets of stats. So yea. This phone still does many task. And was cheaper to just replace a battery than buy a tablet. Would I use as my daily phone again. 1. Major plus is the headphones jack. Riding Motorcycle I have ability to use jack on a old Harley that didn't have bluetooth yet. So for this I would be ok with using as daily phone again.
What would you suggest between the s23 and 13 mini (I know you have the 12 mini, but not much different). I'm about to replace my s10e, because the battery life is shit (exynos). I absolutely love the compactness of the mini, but could never get used to iOS (had a 6s for 3 years).
Dont buy exynos one, just use snapdragon. My battery not so good too but it still runs faster and smooth than exynos one. Even the battery will doing more good than exynos version.
