@@yournightmare9999 yah i kinda think thats the truth. Svs has nice to have features such as the app and dsp control, but you dont need those. If you look at barebones specs between the two, id say mono is a bit better. Then you let dirac handle the bass management and dsp and then you dont even need svs nice to have features. They become redundant and not even used.
@@sammy10001 I hate that SVS crushes that stupid application that is not needed. You set up the subwoofer once......and it makes no sense to adjust it every time
@@sammy10001 svs used to be high end subs for affordable prices. I've owned several. But now they're no different than the big name brands with big prices. They're no longer internet direct with internet direct prices. It's a shame. I've just bought two monoprice subs because at that price you can get mid range svs
You're my new favorite subscription. Your videos are informative and detail rich without being too long.
I own 2 of these, and they're amazing. They have quite a break-in period, but once they are... watch out! Huge bass from them.
I like your reviews!! and you got a new subscriber keep it up
For music you need SB-16
BS. You can just seal this one with port plugs. The result will be the same or most likely it will be better than sb16 because of bigger enclosure.
I have both. The sealed absolutely sounds better for music. For movies, the PB is more impressive.
Need you to get your hands on a monolith 16thx ultra
Probably way better than overpriced svs

O God you must be lucky to see this even in person. It can never be bought.
You buy this for movies.
1:08 30Hz high pass is just waaaaaay too low. Pretty much wasting 2/3's of the subwoofers potential. Try set it to 80Hz
