    Shred while still hot, then save some for later. It won't shred very easy if it's cold or cools off to much

    Out of all of the videos that I have watched I think yours is the best method, I will be doing mine like how you did but I'm thinking of spraying just a little bit of liquid smoke for extra flavor.

      Sounds great! I started using a smoke tube with mixed pellets and wood chips on bigger cuts of meat.

    curious, It wont get any smoke through the banana leaves and foil , why not just put it in the oven and save pellets?

      You could definitely finish it in the oven at that point. I had other smoking to do so I figure I might as well finish it on the grill.
