I have pitboss 3series electric smoker 30inch use small wood chips first I smoke baby back ribs it dry and wasn't done my temperature is lower and higher and medium what temperature should I have on for 3 hours please let me know
@@harrymiller1834 so you dont have a degrees just a low, medium, and high? do you have a lazer gun that tells you temp? if so do whats closest to 275 degrees. make sure to leave a like and follow for more tips and recipes. i always communicate with my viewers
You’re obviously new to cooking on grill. Stop following pack. Do something different. This has been done since 2003 when Johnny Trigg showed it. First get cotton gloves and nitrite outer gloves. Got to use to your hands. Lose the tongs.
