I love your raw emotion Jimmy! In your videos I can feel how much you care about the beautiful creatures God has put on this earth.

Thank you so much 😁 I love all nature, landscapes and animals, but there have been few places that I've visited that have made as much of an impression on my very core as I experienced out there. I will not soon forget that landscape and the emotions I felt out there.

You went to the arctic without your sandals? Wow! As usual Jimmy you didn’t disappoint. Great video!,

Haha 😂 the best part is I actually considered bringing them out there, maybe next time! Thanks so much, Tim, hope you're doing well!

Watching this I just realized how incredibly colorful it is despite the lack of trees, it's amazing! You are a great photographer, and your landscape photo captured the colors brilliantly!

That was one of the things I loved most out there. I'm so used to autumn colors on trees here at home with everything else being brown and dead. But out there EVERYTHING explodes with color, it was just incredible to see! Thanks for your kind words, I always appreciate it!

Wow!! what and incredible trip and what a beautiful animal. Your footage and images are so good and the landscape is incredible. Congratulations on getting your first image of the Muskox that you have always wanted. I am really looking forward to the next episode, it is so different from what we see on a regular basis. I have recently watched a couple of videos that one of your guests to Alaska, Lawrence Mann has posted on RUclips. It looks like he had an incredible trip. Thanks for sharing and have a great week and great shooting!!

Thank you, Keith! I feel like most Muskox photography is done in the winter, in a white environment. As much as I love those images, it was great to experience them in this extremely colorful terrain! Lawrence is amazing! His videos are so much fun and I'm so grateful that he accompanied us on that trip and that he captured so much fun content. Thanks for supporting his outstanding work, it means a lot to me!

Wonderful landscape and terrific Musk Ox images. I usually see them on RUclips in snow so seeing them in natural vegetation was brilliant.

Thanks for watching, I really appreciate it! Yes, I agree. Most of the images and content I see of them is in snow. I love those pictures and hope to photograph them in such a setting someday, but I was extremely grateful to be able to photograph them in such vivid colors. It's not something you see everyday 😊 Thanks for the support!

I think I know the shadow of what You felt. There is something incredibly special when you get a new species that you have never photographed in your whole life. This year I had my first ruddy turnstone and my first jack snipe and the joy is truly supreme and special. And the colors in the Arctic - absolutely stunning. This Musk ox series is soooo good. And the photos are just a joy to look at. Thanks for taking us along again, Jimmy!

Thanks so much for sharing, Ott. Yeah, there really is something special about getting those new species, especially one you've tried for or thought about for a long time. Those Ruddy Turnstones are absolutely beautiful birds! I hope you got some great images, but more importantly, I hope you made some great memories!

You’re the first photographer I’ve seen capturing Muskox like this. Such a beautiful landscape; the lack of distracting background gives great compositions for them!
    Waiting for your next video!

Thanks so much! It's definitely a bit different than the Muskox in snow that we usually see, I just loved getting them in those colors That being said, I love them in snow as well and that's my next Muskox goal 😁🤞

Jimmy this was a great video from an amazing adventure! You timed the trip perfectly for those colors of the arctic. I have seen some videos from doverfell norway with muskox but this looks like a completely different experience in terms of wildness and being on your own. I can be sentimental too, so don't worry about that. That encounter you had at first with the muskox was special, and great photos and footage from it! Looking forward to the rest!

Thanks so much, John! It was such a special trip, I still think about it everyday. I've seen some of those videos and they seem pretty amazing. I'd love to get them in the snow sometime, but am trying to figure out the logistics of getting to this location in the winter and dealing with just a few hours of light that I would have to find and photograph them each day in such a large area. One of these days it'll happen 🤞

I understand you. I felt the same emotion when I've filmed the golden eagle on the nest with its prey

Thank you! That would be a really cool scenario to photograph. I've sat and watched a Golden Eagle nest for many hours hoping to see that, but it still hasn't happened. One day 🤞

Way up north. All I used on this trip was my Canon R5 and 100-500mm, it's a pretty good combination 😊

Nice adventure. It’s very annoying that you didn’t even say what country you’re in. I don’t think everyone’s going to get on a plane and travel to your location just because they have some idea of where you are.

    • @JimmyBreitenstein
      @JimmyBreitenstein  2 месяца назад

Thank you, and I appreciate your feedback. Yeah, I understand it can be annoying, especially when so many other photographers give away locations, but that's something I rarely do. I do however try my best to teach people how to find wildlife themselves without relying on getting locations from others. If you didn't see last week's video, I go into detail on this. Thanks for your patience with the way I do things and your support with my videos, sure appreciate it!
