I believe something bad happened to Kate the night of the 28th of December and she was possibly taken to the hospital in Sandringham.Maybe she and William had a physical altercation and she was struck on her head leaving Kate only semi conscious which could have caused her brain to bleed which made her fall into a coma.If William can get angry enough to throw his brother around like Prince Harry stated in his book,then just imagine what he could do to Kate as thin as she is.

If any other mother and 2 of her kids went missing and hasn't been seen since December, police would have already interrogated every family member, friend, and co-worker associated with the missing person. Charles' "cage" is his doctors orders during his cancer treatment. Like when the doctors told him no inside engagements with lots of people, but have now started to allow a few things. He's calling that his "cage" in a metaphorical sense. As Kate's on chemo, maybe her doctors are giving similar advice, or maybe she just wants privacy while she feels ill from the chemo.
Her family has been silenced and missing. Why was Harry not allowed to see Kate, could be because she is not safe and not able to make decisions for herself.
