This just expanded me to places so awesome. I had to slow the speed down but i got it.

Glad to share some knowledge with you.
Could you please give a lil more explanation on those 2 triad movements that you did?
This progressin is fire, gotta make song of it
Thanks so much, I am one who has to slow it way down but that certainly doesn't detract from the fun I have learning from you. Thanks for all you do for us guitar players from all different stages of our guitar journey. Cheers

Love it bro!!! Can’t wait to get off work and go home and shed some this stuff. Came from primarily a metal background so this journey into chords has been hard but this is the kinda stuff I been tryin to learn and these lessons really opened some new pathways up for me so thank you!!! Much love from Texas 💜
Thanks! Let me know how it goes!
what’s good bro! im two weeks into having a guitar, my first instrument was piano, and i was playing for churches and can already navigate the number system on keys well, and just knowing how the system works, im finding that i can really potentialialy learn progressions on guitwr really fast because of prior knowledge, i just need to gain the muscle memory for voicings and the arm strength to put it together. seeing your vids to learn these voicings really been helping me with transfering prior knowledge into a new instrument lol thank you
Thinks for a lesson!!!
And please tell more about your guitar
Too Smooth, as always
Cool guitar!🐢

Have you checked out Kerry's Kamp? We go even deeper on the topic.
Your guitar 😢😢❤️🔥
4:46. Such a great point. There's a player (here in the ATL), a rock player. I heard him jam with some jazz guys. His playing sounded good but when groove was ready to move on he kept finishing out all the licks he had in his toolkit and it always seemed to fail. The guy teaches guitar, but he missed that important point about being open to the band.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yes, please elaborate on triad movements if willing? But good stuff
Happy Holidays 😊
Kerry you’re so smooth you have to consider redubbing yourself Kerry 4 Smooth! Thanks for the lessons
🤣Thanks!
Love your playing man. To me, what makes R&b guitar special is the hammer ons and movement between chords. In the future video, could you slow it down a little more and break it up into sections? I got most of what u played quickly but i had trouble figuring out small parts. Thank you for showing the inner workings of your talent. I never knew how easy it was until i saw one of your videos.
Late to responding, but yes, will do!
Hello Kerry, I just wondered if you give lessons? I play but feel like I have missed something just seem stuck.
Not one to one, but inside Kerry's Kamp. We also have live Q&A and other livestream sessions where you can get more help.

Not a great tutorial but very nice presentation. If you have the patience to pause, rewind, and zoom in over and over, you can pick up som great stuff.
What guitar is that?
Anderson
What meant exactly by "movement? " it's not a progression?
I think yes and no, because he added more chords or embellishment (hammer-on or pull-off) than the regular progression. This is why he says mouvement (chords) between chords.
For example at the begenning, the simple progression should be 4-3-2 and he had the 6 between the 3 and 2,this is one of his movement.
Unfortunately, he did not explain the reason why... But I know that the minor 3-6-2 progression is very used in this kind of music as well as the 2-5-1.
Somebody esle can correct me if I am wrong ?
What's the guitar?
Anderson
I didn't enjoy it at all, don't call it a lesson, say you show yourself how you play like you teach slowly so that people understand the chords and the playing of everything quickly
kinda there too. it’s good content but nothing’s really broken down like most effective lessons are. and yeah you can slow it way down and try to pick some of it apart, but some of the crazy fast triad movements off the ii chord aren’t explained. guess that’s what you’d be paying for with the courses though
@Nasty Soul on RUclips has great breakdowns of r&b/neo soul style that’s a lot easier to absorb
I second checking out nasty soul. He’s a much better teacher tbh
Kerry’s a Helo of a player and teacher in his own right. He just doesn’t break things down on his yt. You’d have to buy his program called kerry’s lamp
whats your cashh app or venmo
