I guess it makes sense, changsheng has human eyes and baizhu has snake eyes because their life forces are combined?
I find it so funny that no one bats an eye at Hu Tao or Chongyun's weird eyes but everyone acknowledges Baizhu's eyes being snake eyes. It's just funny to me how he's the only one the characters think has "weird" eyes.
@@kirin1230 I mean, I somewhat agree, but, there's also a distinct difference between Baizhu's eyes than Hu Tao and Chongyun's. We literally see Baizhu's eyes being your standard human eyes while "younger"/Pre-Contract. Meanwhile, Chongyun and Hu Tao haven't had that.
If we ever saw a young Hu Tao with normal human pupils, we'd acknowledge it the same way we have with Baizhu.
@@kirin1230 I think the main reason people hyperfixated on baizhu's specifically is bc of changsheng. It would've been easy to brush it off as anime eyes, but changsheng being there and not having snake eyes while baizhu had them was what made people curious about it

This quest was actually amazing. I felt like every dialogue had purpose and that time wasnt really wasted talking about unnecessary things. Truly an amazing work in story telling, I was enthralled during every single second!
I thought he wasn't gonna be a manly man from his looks but his resolve and selflessness proved me wrong and made me shed tears. Proud Baizhu haver now.

Qiqi, being a zombie has no life force to share with changsheng
I guess Qiqi was more an experiement to how to achieve immortality and he ended up with adopting her.

I have a feeling that chanseng is an adepti that loose her power in a certain event like gouba, the way xiao look at her seems like he knows her.

@@phismint2430 I literally said nothing about him being Dendro bruh,there’s just so much pointing to it,i mean there’s the slime Archon thingy,changsheng being a snake,the illness and so much more,also Baizhu was conveniently released in the same patch as the APEP and Nahida story quest even though there were enough patches focused exclusively on Liyue where he could have been released,or just any other patch where he could have been released but it’s specifically 3.6

Can someone explain why baizhu said that his contract ends with him?
a pure-hearted doctor who receives changsheng’s contract gains a great deal of knowledge in the arts of healing. changsheng needs a human host or else she’ll die. anyway, the contract drains the life force of the doctor as he heals other people, which leads to these doctors dying at an early age. before death, each doctor passes chengsheng’s contract to their favorite disciple to continue the healing arts.
the current holder of said contract is baizhu. his life force is being drained as he continues to heal people. that’s why he is constantly weak and coughs. he vows to find a way to be immortal so he won’t have to pass on changsheng’s contract to another doctor, so that no doctor won’t have their life drained, suffer and die early ever again. that’s why he says the contract ends with him. if he becomes immortal, he will be the last person to hold changsheng’s contract forever.
Because he'll either find a way to become immortal (really shouldn't be hard for him to do) so that healing people won't kill him, or he won't become immortal and he'll die but he doesn't have any disciples so there'd be no one to pass Chengsheng and the contract to.
@@GLoLChibs come to think of it, his disciple is Qiqi. perhaps he thinks that if he dies and passes the contract, he can pass it to Qiqi. and because Qiqi is a zombie, she won’t die. but i think Baizhu is determined to not die. Hence his desire to be immortal.
@@froeloe He definitely teaches her but I don't think she'd be able to take the contract since she doesn't have life force. I do think he'll attaint immortality, there's multiple ways to do it. Would be great if he met Dottore, faced off with him, got beat to to the brink of death and had a super saiyan moment- pops back up immortal.
@@froeloe Or maybe even if he won't find the way to be immortal before he dies, he possibly won't pass her down to someone else.

I think His contract with changseng will be broken if he fell to the same path as Dottore. Dottore doesn't give a damn about his "patients" welfare at all.
Changseng only agree to make a contract with pure hearted person.
That would never happen. He's too caring and idealistic, plus his contract with Changsheng requires one to be pure hearted.
He'd lose Changsheng and his ability to heal people.

Idk I think it’s because either a) he won’t let anyone else drain their life force or b) he will become immortal so he’ll have infinite life force for changsheng to take from
If he can discover immortality then there would be no need for another doctor to acquire the contract. If he can’t discover immortality then the contract dies with him and Changsheng. He has no disciple and only have Gui his assistant and Qiqi, a zombie with no life force to give.

@@lxlYukilxl ganyu's contract with Rex Lapis is still ongoing (at the very least, she still honoring the contract by working her part) and she is busy enough helping the qixing.
Yanfei already made a simple contract to her parents to live happily. she supported Liyue Harbor as a legal consultant.
those two's schedule is already full enough, no time to be a doctor.
bc this contract must be passed to those "pure of heart" but baizhu don't want any more ppl to suffer because of it, but doesn't want to end changsheng life. If he obtain immortality than he will bear the contract forever and changsheng will live
