I mean... according to the old guy, if he accepted wealth, his only options were to become uncaring or to suffer. Not exactly selling yourself very well there, so I can't blame Kaveh just saying "fuck it" and donating the wealth.
Actually, at the end, you can see the guy smiling as if he was pleasantly surprised by this outcome.

When I saw that old man smiled all I could think was that he might thought "new outcome variable from the experiment". Kaveh showed him that there's another way to continue his research instead of letting others to suffer

He sold his parents' house bc 1) he needed the money to finish building the palace and 2) he didn't have any emotional attachment to it bc according to him that was just a "house" but it didn't have the warmth of a "home". So no, I don't think he would do that good living by himself, he does need financial stability to feel better with himself but it won't solve his main issues with himself.
(Also knowing how altruistic this guy is, it wouldn't surprise me if he ended up accepting the mora and still ends up donating it over time)
He said he want to donate the wealth of Sachi he still have the prize for being champion. So he could still move out to alhaitham house.
Im happy that he atleast got some money because Cyno buy his limited edition TCG card (with a lot of money, 1 million mora is a lot I guess), but on the other side im sad that his noble decision is actually hurting him. if he accept that prize, he would surely move out to more stable place and start over new project, just for fixing his situation a little bit better.
but I guess, maybe his not moving from hayii houses is a better decision, maybe it'll bit struggle to pay a rent, but who's refuse to live with someone that actually, knows you better than anyone ....

He is dendro Zhongli in bloom team his kit it’s specific role but he’s good in his role
also before played him I didn’t like bloom much but Kaveh make it fun and I he’s my main now

I really hope he can have his own land and house. I don't get shippers who vehemently wanting him to stay with Haitham. He was living anxiously at his house afraid of people finding out his secret while living with his jabbers everyday. He takes it all in a stride but i know very well what it means having no money and house of your own. I love him so much and wish the best for him.
Its been two months, do you understand Alhaitham and Kaveh's relationship and history by now or do you need further explanation because shipping lenses or not those two care for each other and run deeper than just petty arguing and demanding the other for rent

@@karuamai unlikely for that to ever change, considering the permanent idle animations of their house keys, the 3.6 event, and today's birthday letter and art Kaveh's says that alhaitham's place is "his/our home". (Im sure you understand the significance of him calling it that.)
His character story says he literally had a house and savings but sold it not just for funds but also because it was just him alone living there. (And what was a "home," anyway? An architect like him knew better than most that a construction bereft of a family or people to dwell in it was no "home." It was simply a building.)
You misunderstand what Kaveh needs alot.
For him to have his own space and buy a house would just send him back to square one with his issues. Him having a house doesnt solve anything. It isn't what he ultimately needs or wants.
And thats the main point im gonna say without even getting into his relationship with alhaitham cuz this is getting too long. For that I say of course theres history where they have hurt eachother and they still do accidentally in the present, because wheres the interest if it doesnt have that? There's no story when there's no conflict and mess ups. Ultimately those two are still the only ones who understand each other and are able to reach out in a way noone else can. Thats the point and what makes them interesting
@@juniemunie2931 its interesting to you but seeing him almost grasping what he wants (just and asset and house of his own where he genuinely wants) and didnt get it is frustrating. Surely Haitham didnt mind him living there bickering /s/times Kaveh too loud interrupts his reading every night Kaveh knows he is freeloading and conscious of it. He lives with constant fear ppl see him being useless /when no one thought so i presume/. Its sad. Having no house and no money is frustrating. Most of the problem is him being pushover, Haitham notice this maybe try to reason with him albeit tactlessly but he never listens. He needs Haitham yes but until when? He needs help first fix his spending problem but it needs to starts with him ultimately.

like i said before, having a house and assets or money isn't what he ultimately needs or wants. He freely gives those away.
If he did get the assets, would it get him out of debt? Sure. Would it help him outside of that? Nope. Nine times out of ten he would just donate it the same way he already did in the event and the way he did before with the house his parents gave him and his own savings.
What is he gonna do with a house? Its just gonna be him, living alone again. He will be just as miserable as before with his parent's house. What is he going to do with his money? Decorate a house that only he uses and probably sees? He'll just waste it on booze drinking.
It fixes symptoms, but not the root problem. Giving it all away was a very Kaveh choice, and ultimately the correct one, there is no other way to see it because then it wouldn't be Kaveh.
Thats what makes it frustrating for you and interesting for me to watch.
Kaveh is perfectly capable of being independent, because he was forced into that at an early age. That is not the issue here. His issue is he wants to be wanted, to be not abandoned and to have a place to be welcomed and come home to and to feel as if he deserves it.
He needs a home. And home to him is a person, a group, a community whatever. And Alhaitham is filling in that. Alhaitham obviously wants him there, because if it wasn't then he would have said so. He would have never allowed Kaveh this close to directly interfere with his private and peaceful life. He makes him his roommate, grounds him from making dumb decisions, satisfies Kaveh's guilt by making him pay rent and do chores, buys shitty decorations to piss kaveh off and make him buy, decorate and move items in the house so its not just alhaitham but kaveh's own personalization. Alhaitham is letting Kaveh make himself at home literally. His methods are less than stellar, but its showing results.
And you seem to imply that either Alhaitham is gonna get tired of him, or Kaveh is, and they have to seperate eventually. Nah, neither of them are or will ever be anytime soon as stated before. Alhaitham let him back into his life the same night they met again at the bar, and Kaveh kept and taped back their old thesis despite the fall out. Those two narratively are stuck together like gorilla glue.
Whatever drama or issues they need fixing they will face together and ultimately help the other.

THIS IS LITERALLY ME YESTERDAY AFTER I FINISHED THE EVENT ! I decided to not pull but Kaveh here really made him
as someone who is a big fan of both of them and has already read kaveh's lore (character story, leaks) and read alhaitham's character story, some of the comments here (other platforms too) make me laugh but also hurt lmfao. alhaitham and kaveh's whole relationship isn't that simple lol, there are lots of implied messages/things that some people just don't notice, and it's so ridiculous how people just downgrade it as, "yeah alhaitham is toxic and mean to kaveh, and kaveh needs to gtfo of his house" (people who said those things I believe 99% don't even read their lore and when seeing kaveh said he wants to move out then those people take it to their heart "yea he hates him, he needs to move out!" lmfao) when uhm if you already know kaveh's character story, you know damn well that moving out is not good for his well-being and he probably can get even more miserable. alhaitham knows kaveh inside out and with how he's the one who offered kaveh to stay at his house......well you guys just need to wait until kaveh gets released and finally can get to know more about him and both of them :) lmao

It's understandable, limited time events not accessible to all shouldn't bring much big changes, they should be in a way that they don't affect someone's experience who haven't played it
That's how most limited events go, they can't drop lore bombs on them bc not everyone is going to be able to play it if they join the game way after this. Like people still complain that the 1.1 event of unreconciled stars is limited event bc it contains one of the biggest lore bombs on the game that was its an important part of the story and was even brought up again in the AQ for Sumeru.
It's not like it should've had big reveals or anything, but the event felt like a circle: started and ended on the same page. The characters are still on the same page as they were before the event. In events like GAA, Windblume or even that one event with Lisa on sumeru the characters either evolve or we get revealed something unknown about them.
Instead here outside of Layla everyone else is kind of the same. Yes, I also mean Kaveh, they all practically didn't really have any development or anything. The lots of character interactions were cool but that's it. That's all this event really has going on for itself.
@@natalienatz1903 I think the main purpose of this limited time event is for us to understand the characters better; to make playable characters relevant to the game even though not all of them involved in AQ/WQ. There are developments but more on characters' lore. Those who enjoy characters' lore will appreciate event like this ig
...or u can say this event is to promote 4* stars characters instead lol bcs i think hyv really pushed Kaveh's backstory in this event. I really hope everyone read Kaveh's backstory once he's released then you can understand him better in this event heh
