    I got this after reading a review. It goes on with no effort and buffs off with no effort. I haven’t tried any others but I like this a lot and won’t hesitate to buy again

    I've tried this but I'm really not sure about the longevity. I got the impression that dirt and dust stuck pretty well to the paint even after using it (polished paint).

    The first time you put it on too thick, will be the last time you put it on too thick. Unreal.

    This type of test proves nothing. Most waxes will bead or sheat water off after being applied. It's after the wax has been exposed to the weather for a few months that any real conclusions can be drawn. Also, Collinte, as with other waxes, needs time to cure before reaching its full strength. I've been using Collinite for years and I don't think any of the coatings that I've seen lately do a better job than Collinite. Just put it on very thinly and it will be easy to remove and should last at least as long as other waxes given the same exposure to the weather.

      Phil Houck for sure I tried autoglym but collinite stands up to the British winter weather really well at least three months minimum on well prepared car

    What soap did you use to wash the car? That may determine durability too...

    Mas Alfie boleh bertanya, kalo untuk waxing terutama yg paste wax lebih baik pke foam pad black atau wool pad sheepskin ya? Mesin rotary polisher murah yg banyak beredar dipasaran

    What soap do you use? And how many passes with whe washmit do you do? Looks like you are doing multiple passes with the washmit. You only need 1-2 passes.

    • @alfierenadhie

      sometimes mothers, or megs, dude nobody ever count washmitt passes on their weekly washes

    • @FuzzySvini
      @FuzzySvini 5 лет назад

      @@alfierenadhie yes ppl do. I wash from top to bottom on each panel. I only swap one time over and that's it. You don't need to scrub the paint by going over it with the washmit multiple times. That what I meant. One pass by lifting the dirt of and that's it. Not back and forth.

      @@JuampixDDD wow. I'm a dickhead because I'm right? Look at 0:50.
      One pas with the washmit is all it takes to get it clean with a waxed paint. The back and forth is completely waste. That's all I'm writing. And because of that, I'm a dickhead. Watch Ammo's video and learn from a real pro detailer.

      I used to work at a car wash, and a customer had this stuff in his car. I never seen anything hold up like that back in 2009. 476, Turtle Wax Ice Paste, and Duragloss 111 were the only products I saw hold up for an extended time and through a car wash.
