Good seeing the Gyeon do well. I have a tube I’ve used on two cars & it’s been great. I’ve since topped it with other stuff because I’m obsessed with trying new products LOL yikes.
Great video. Love these comparisons. Could the Bowdens area not be sheeting because the water is being held ‘in place’ by either side of the other good waxes? Also just a thought the level of the middle of the bonnet is more level than the edges? Also perhaps just an additional lighting above or to the side could pick things up a bit better for video. Cheers 👍🏻
Thanks mate yeah I'm not sure what's is happening with the bowdens but it's lasted well until this stage. I do have plans to get proper garage lighting done but keep putting it off so hopefully will have it sorted soon
That was a good test, i think that last exposure to climate sorted them out. Gyeon has priced me out plus if there's toxic ingredients i wouldn't go for it
Like the Gyeon and have it on both of my cars. The MG, I gave it a couple of weeks and topped it with Bead Machine and they seem to play well together. LDV is Gyeon alone but i did top it with Happy ending the next wash.
I’d personally call the Bowdens dead… If it’s beyond the point that Its performing solidly and it required top up or strip and reapply, it’s dead. Love the vids mate!
Yeah I thought the same but seemed to act weird and sometimes sheet the water off, I'll still check on it during the next update built if it's flat again I'll call it dead
@@EvolvedDetails would be interesting to see this stacked up against meguiars hybrid paint coating seeing both are aerosol coatings claiming a year's worth of protection.
@@daveb3363 this one isn't an Aerosol it's like a roll on deodorant type product. Can coat is gyeons aerosol coating and yes I am definitely planning on having those in a future test along with Capro Cquartz Lite which is also a claimed 1 year coating
Awesome results and work mate! Interesting to see the Collinite being the cheapest is really hanging in there. You could buy about 3 of the Collinites for one of the Bowdens. Big win for that

Yes the Gyeon has been a great surprise and haha dint worry I'm the same which is how this channel came about
The gyeon has definitely taken the win very impressive
Yeah it's been performing extremely well since day 1

Thanks Jethro, yeah after doing a little reading on it I am not the biggest fan but only for that reason, it's performance was great though
@@EvolvedDetailsis it because of the fluorine or u found another nasty ingredient?

Yeah the gyeon is great for sure I have it on top of my coating and haven't noticed any issues so far

It's getting real now, also single camera was good I didn't really find a difference
Thanks mate
Looks like gyeon for the win! Great vid again mate. I like both handheld and tripod footage
Thanks mate yeah gyeon was a winner for sure, I think I'll keep mixing the footage up

Sorry replied with my other youtube account above
@@JacksonStrain ah sorry yeah I got mixed up with can coat.

I agree, after following this test I’m definitely picking up some Collinite for my own use.
Yes the Collinite has been a really nice surprise, I'll eventually do a full video on it when I find the right car to apply it to
@@EvolvedDetails yeah mate would be good. Also apparently the fusso coat has some of the best durability so that'd be interesting to test 👊
One camera was all it needed, maybe occasionally mix it up with two angles but for this video it was plenty
Thanks for the feedbackc
