  • You're Not Alone. ⤵️
    It's okay if you experience stress and/or anxiety. ☝🏼However, it's important You acknowledge it's there, and offer yourself some time to learn and develop practices to help ground it out and reclaim your energy, stability and personal flow.
    If we ignore the stress and it's around often enough, it can compact into some really serious mental and health challenges.
    You deserve to Enjoy your life. You don't need to be held hostage by the overwhelm life may be presenting to you.
    The main 🗝️ is the somatic approach - Getting into the body and bringing your awareness with it.
    There are MANY ways to do this, but here's one.
    Try this 👇🏼
    ✨ Focus on one thing you see in front of you. Label it. I.e. "tree" or "leaf" or "wall"
    ✨ Notice the color of what you're focusing on. State the color. i.e. "blue"
    ✨ Notice one sound that you can hear. Focus on it. Label it. I.e. "bird" or "loud"
    ✨Notice if there is a smell in the air. If yes, label it. I.e. "fresh" or "orange"
    ✨ Feel a piece of your clothing OR your skin with your fingertips. Label how it feels i.e. "soft" or "warm"
    🗝️☝🏼🗝️☝🏼 If you catch yourself going into a story about any of these things, bring your awareness back to the simple focus of whichever focal point you were on.
    The goal is to get OUT of the mind or pain body and into the simple present moment.
    Just to Note 👉🏼 It may not dissolve physical pain, however, it can diminish the overwhelm in the mind from physical pain.
