That's the absolute perfect cockpit layout in my humble opinion. Oh if I only had a couple hundred thousand dollars and a bunch of free time! That boat is so beautiful..teak on the top of the...I couldn't hear what he called it..the hard dodger is what I'd call it I think?

Does it have crash double crash bulkheads? And front water tight compartment? And water sealed engine room? For $640,000 it should have all. Or I would pass and get amel late 80’s model for 1/6 the price. Or a oyster with same specs for $400,000 less...... I know H.R. are top of the line boat but the 11 year old technology that has only been 1/2 updated means you really need to update the other 1/2 since tech has advanced so much since 08... also next video show engine room and battery bank( battery bank most likely would need to be replaced) I don’t see that boat selling for anywhere close to 640k. That said IT IS A. ERY NICE BOAT AND I WOULD OWN IT. Btw. It DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE OWNERS PAID FOR (“invoice”) your going to pay manufacture for even simple factory option and they are all over priced. YOU DO NOT GET MUCH RESELL VALUE FROM MOST OF THOSE OPTION that you can add on later and most are at a DYI skill level. So think about the option that can not be added later or would cost double if not added from factory, the rest of the option YOU DONT count into price, so base price $290,000 upgrades $90,00o put it at $380,000 -8,000 per year =$88,000 which put the current valve of your boat at $288,000 fair priced....... $640,000 that thing will set and never sell meanwhile each year losing 8k in value.... you can get a lightly used 2014-2017 top brand fully loaded cat for under $450,000. You can get a Delos AMEL for $320,000.... please rethink your 640k so the boat doesn’t just setup

Yep ... see it with some boats, and houses. Owner decides how much they need to buy their next boat/house and that magically becomes the sale price of the current one.
Hint for owners ... boats do not appreciate in value, especially with just routine maintenance.
Anyone that purchase said boat, best have deep pockets & time, lots of time even if they, themselves do the maintenance properly ⬅️. Like Glen on 'CLOUDY BAY'.

I know...... I know. The vent would drive me crazy too!! I bet it would annoy the other boats moored around you. The new owner should get a handbook on Excuses & Apologies. Or get a better venting system.
