You are doing what all of us dont have the nerve/balls to actually do you are an inspiration to all of us There is a little piece of you in all of us 👍
I have commented on this before…..I adore all of the everyday sounds in your vids - jingling of your keys; opening/closing of the outer/inner doors and cabinets; crunch of the pizza crust….just as much as the beauteous mountain vistas. The background music is lovely and calming….how do you find and/or know about all of these tunes? I have never heard of any of them, but, they are so perfect. Thank you - viewer from the lower 48’s.
Pretty relaxing video. At least you got some stuff done. Your cab wasn’t even dirty. You had it pretty organized. Thank you and see you soon. Take care
Hi Kevin! Great adventure to Creston BC! Looks like a nice town. The views on your hike were spectacular! I was glad to see that you had some blue sky today! Looking forward to your next adventure! Peace out!
You better always have room up front in the truck for us!!! lol Oh the dreaded clearing and eliminating stuff task…we all hate it, but is a must do thing from time to time! As always, stay safe out there…..
You know it’s cold outside when you go outside and it’s cold. Pro tip; Factory Jack is not only junk, they are dangerous. Especially the scissor style jacks. Well worth the upgrade for a bottle jack.
I love how you enjoy your food so much and how diligent you are in cleaning the dishes right afterwards. Would love a video on what you pack out for your hikes and how much it weighs. Also you said your truck gets 750 miles per tank. How much does it cost to fill your tank?
Another great video,I love the music you play each is different but pretty, great hike up to places I’ll never see ,but I feel I was there ! Love watching you cook,so up beat thank you for all the fun!! CANT WAIT FOR THE NEXT TIME!!
Kevin you should have stayed on the Island a little longer Mt. Cain opened just after you left great early mountain conditions and free camping in the parking lot too .
Travelng with you sitting in the Okanagan where there has been no snow all winter Looking forward to see you go across the border and see what you encounter
I don't know how you do it in a single cab. I'm having a hard time thinking of where I'll put all my stuff in my double-cab Tundra with a trailer lol. I have to get rid of more stuff!
I would want to hibernate in the cold, white winter. You do well. Thanks for taking us along to enjoy your wonderful lifestyle and travels. I am very grateful.😊
Wow…I seen gas prices. Yay for leaving BC!! LOL..one of the reasons I headed East..> lower gas prices! Beautiful view as always….you inspire the gypsy in me to come alive! Ty! ♥️
Looking behind the seat with all your stuff. Maybe when the time comes for the next truck, a crew cab might be a consideration. Our back seat on our Ram2500 holds 2 inflatable kayaks, all our bike gear and tool kits and fishing supplies. Love the space.😊
Hi Kevin great to see you, thanks for sending me the video, and extra long video this time 😂😂😂, not for you in making it, but for me trying to watch it. First attempt I fell asleep got woke up at 03.10 this morning. So tried to watch your video again and then someone rang me. Third time in watching it and managed to watch all of it woo woo 🎉. 😮 Awesome views of the valley, and this time you stayed on your feet with out falling on the snow or finding a rabbit hole, well done you. Pizza 🍕🍕🍕 looked yummy 😋. ❤ Take care, I can't wait for your next video, see you soon mate 💕 X X X
I thought I smelled pizza cooking that day😊. I live 6 kilometers SE of town. I hope you enjoyed your visit to Creston and area. You'll have to come in late summer when cherries are ready and do the Kootenay lake route. Very scenic and lots of camping spots. Safe travels Kevin in the USA.
I wish I was heading to the states right now. I'm excited to go along with you through video though. When I get my Class-C on the road, I'm just not exactly sure where I'll go 1st. I s'pose it's all going to depend on what time of year it is.
Just came across your channel, new subscriber here! You are absolutely adorable and your personality makes the videos much more enjoyable to watch. Love the life you are living, I’m jealous, good luck to you!
If you run out of activities, perhaps filming a hands on series hiking the 46 High Peaks of the Adirondack Mountains in Adirondack Mountains. Lots of culture to learn along the way (and chances for snow boarding). I’ve only managed Mt. Arab twice as it was the smallest. Plus, you would earn a badge you can sew to your jacket, and be listed among the many who achieved this feat. More information is on 46 High Peaks. :D
Hey Kev. Wife and I love watching your videos. Long story short. Getting ready to retire. Do you think a camper (all season) would be big enough for us? Stay safe bud.
I am not sure, it really depends on what is enough space for you, best advice I can give is go to an Rv dealer and look at some and spend some time inside the truck campers and see how it feels space wise
I view a van lifer that did a video on on all her finds at Trader Joe's, go check it out in the states, safe travels, enjoy your journey called life. Organing and pruning are essential. You should schedule organizing, pruning and putting into storage, seasonally, perhaps when its oil change time. Just a suggestion. Pizza looked amazing!
What temp do you keep your camper heater thermostat set at while driving, while awake, and also night while sleeping. Curious how much propane you do through?
Hi Kevin 👋 Thank for taking us along on your daily Cleaning Your Cab out 😅 I was expecting A huge mess when you opened the door 😅 Your a Hoot Glad you enjoyed a Pizza you Deserved it always so Disciplined 😊 loved the walks so Beautiful ❤🙏
Hey Kevin I have been to Vancouver island and b.c. I love the mountains there I am hopefully going to Alaska in 2026 to look for a house in the country just for summer time and just close it up in the winter time I have lots of friends there I want to go to Alaska by truck it would take me around 9 days to get there from Ontario Canada
Sorry I didn’t get to finish the video till now , they had breaking news last night that a Blackhawk helicopter and a plane crashed into each other in Washington DC last night and everyone on board both perished into the river 😢😢😢! So sad 💔! Loved the video sweetie , be safe out there and have fun ! Love going along for the rides ❤

I know how much you enjoy a hot shower in the winter. Do you have an idea of how much water each shower uses. I'm think'n I might upgrade to a 1,000 Liter water tank. 😁

The way you pronounce 'tortilla' is funny 😂You definitely need to travel further south to the lower 48's where it's made AND pronounced correctly. But we'll forgive you this time. 😊
Welcome back to Creston, check out Billy Goat Bluff trail next time you are in town. At the end of the of Helen Street where Tim Hortons is. Nice hike with beautiful views of the Valley. And make note, if you are back in the summer and hike arounds the flats near Balancing Rock, be very bear wise. The area is very heavily populated with Grizzlies.
Hope the sirens are a result of the opioid crisis gripping small town USA and parts of BC with it being legal to possess hard drugs like heroin and cocaine (only in the province of BC)
Why don’t you put an accumulator on your water system, it will stop with the surging. Or get a new variable pressure pump. Good luck in the US. Make sure you review the border crossing requirements and border guard questions. Like: where is your permanent address in Canada (if you don’t have one, they assume you don’t have any permanent ties to Canada and may stay in the USA illegally ). How much money do you have on you and how much do you have access to? (They don’t want you to be stranded in the USA because you can’t afford to fix your vehicle). Avian flu is crazy in the USA right now, eggs are $8 per dozen. So no eggs, no meat (frozen counts as well as dog/cat food) no produce, no firewood, no guns, weapons. Turn your diesel engine off when talking to the guard, no sunglasses, window all the way down, look them in the eye when talking. If you haven’t crossed before, they will probably search the camper, with a sniffer dog. So no drugs/cannabis products. I have found that if you give them the spiel first when they ask you where you are going. Such as: I’m going to Quartzsite (or wherever, but state a destination) I’ll be staying for X amount of weeks before returning to Canada. When he asks what’s in the camper: my fridge/freezer is empty so i don’t have any eggs/meat/produce, no firearms, bear spray, weapons. No pets or pet food. You can tell them you are a RUclipsr, and you have a camping/hiking channel. They may pull you over and review your videos to see if you say anything incriminating, are a smoker, pot smoker, drinker, or do anything illegal in the videos. I think bear spray might be allowed, seems to be hit and miss on that. Good luck. Don’t forget to get travel insurance.
I needed this a couple weeks ago 😂 ! Thank you, spoiler alert the crossing went super smooth, asked where I was going and doing and sent me on my Mary way lol always nervous crossing.
You are doing what all of us dont have the nerve/balls to actually do you are an inspiration to all of us

Such a lovely and relaxing video. Your background music choice for when you were on your hike really created a definitive chill mood❤... loved it!

Also you said your truck gets 750 miles per tank. How much does it cost to fill your tank?
lol km per tank I mean, the tank holds 130 litres which is like 35 gallons. Truck gets 12-14 mpg
Love the music.,👍
No, Kevin, the wind does not affect the views. But your smile and laugh make me happy!😊I am glad you went back to the Balancing Rick trail!
Have a safe trip to the states. 😊

Another terrific video, Kevin! Your videos are a joy to watch - In my own humble opinion you are becoming one of the best creators on RUclips.
Hi Kevin - it's great to see a truck camper in winter in BC. I drain water tanks and wait for spring! Keep up the great videos. Cheers, Justin
Hi Kevin, what a cute town, loved all the murals.
I don't know how you do it in a single cab. I'm having a hard time thinking of where I'll put all my stuff in my double-cab Tundra with a trailer lol. I have to get rid of more stuff!
lol I don’t do it, I leave so much behind and really wish I had a extended cab, crew cab feels to long but extended would be nice.
There is no perfect setup. You just do it and adjust. Single cab w your tires looks dope.
Yes.... we've upgraded to the maxwell house. Next step... big boy coffee. Cmon Kev. You can do it!
Thanks for sharing your adventure Kevin ! Enjoyed watching them
A calming video shared,
Tasks done, your cab was neat.

I just bought a 2024 gmc sierra 2500HD Denali crew cab 4WD beast 401hp 6.6L v8 Beautiful truck
Could swap the truck bed or a flat bed. That would give room for side boxes and all the travel goodies!
ive considered it, custom aluminum deck price is what's stopping me
🎉 to the adventures! 🍻
You’ll recognize a rock when you’re between it and a hard place.😂
Bet it's hard to leave Canada, seems so nice there. Was there once mid 90s Toronto area. Just in and out back when I was truckin.
What temp do you keep your camper heater thermostat set at while driving, while awake, and also night while sleeping. Curious how much propane you do through?
About 15-20 celcious when driving, 22c when parked and in winter when it’s -10 or colder 4-5 days on 2 20lb tanks.

Hey Kevdog!
🤘🏻
THANK YOU for NOT adding pineapple!!😏
I missed the pineapple
Pizza looked awesome! My wife and I were in Creston last Sept and we weren't sure where to park for the night in our RV. we were thinking of doing it near where you did the first night but there was a sign saying no overnight stays....I need to do better homework on spots to park the RV for overnighting. You need a toque
I got one but it messes up my hair 😂

I meant not because of !
