Thank you! I always thought that "Conch" ( Lambi) was difficult to prepare and it wasn't hard at all. Cleaning and cutting out the skin took me some time but it was worth it. I added red and green peppers as a garnish because I didn't have onions. I will try making it with crab or shrimp next time.

To me when you cut it like that its sacrilege! I agree about the cooker pressure, it saves so much time, and the meat always comes out tender and is a great and lifetime investment. Growing up in Haiti I always saw them pounding on it to soften it (to each its own). Lambi is also high in cholesterol... at the finish apart from onions shallots, green and red bell peppers or red onions can be added. Lambi was/is never served to young children... You did ok...

I would have put a little more tomato sauce (to make it red instead of orange looking as it does here and add a little more tang) and oil to get the lumbi more brown and I would not have put any raw onions (not something my mother does) but good job!
