DCS Mirage-2000C IFF Codes 2.9 update

Spark notes.
Transponder = answers IFF calls
Interrogator = asks planes to respond to IFF
Multiplayer PVP = put both on mode 4. Red and Blue players automatically have different mode 4 codes so you can IFF properly between Mirages
