Seriously, some of the best tutorials I' ve ever seen. You' re going into so much detail, explaining every little step there and it helps me soo much to start learning to fly this beautiful aircraft, which in the beginning felt a bit overwhelming.
circle doesn't go on the target, it goes as close to the intercept cue as you can get it, which on your first shot is the smaller box on the middle right-hand side of the HUD. On your second shot, if you used that cue (it was off to the left) you might have actually hit that shot
It didn't fire initially either because he was in TWS mode not STT, then looks like when it tried to auto go to STT it ended up locking a separate target entirely.
It's on the pilots stick and so normally you would map it to your hotas. Stands for the cannon - nuetral - magic switch. I think it's listed in controls as CNM though.

Is it possible to shoot two fox 1s on two targets via tws at the same time or only one at a time via stt?
No, you can fire two missiles but only against the same target. If you are in TWS at launch then the radar switches to STT automatically.
