  • In this weeks video I am going to be reviewing the 1:35 scale Tamiya Cromwell MK IV or British Cruiser Tank Mk.VIII, A27M kit No. 35221
In this video I give a brief history of the Cromwell tank and talk about how the model goes together as a kit, what to watch out for if you are building this kit at home. Along with what's in the box , decal options and I talk about a few inaccuracies and where I think the kit could do better
Anyway as always I hope you enjoy the video and if you are building one of these model kits at home it gives you a good idea of what to expect from the kit
as always look after yourself, keep modelling and until next time have a good one

Good luck with the build mate, glad I could be of help, this builds into a lovely model when its all done, just be careful with the star decals as the contours ask a lot from the decals

@@scalestuff1066 goodness that’s kind of you - I actually was t sure what I doing, even the chipping was a nightmare, good buddy

Mate winter camo is a nightmare, mean its often whitewashing so its semi transparent, it rubs off washes off,and shows dirt grime and wears more than the paint underneath, ontop of that its white and can look stark and throw shadows off

Nice review my friend! You wouldn't be able to lay down the aerial recognition decal without any decal fluid, even with that, you should use a lot to make it conform. Great job done. Thanks for sharing, take care and keep up the good work.

cheers mate, Ill get some mark fit as I use a fair few tamiya glues and things like that, any advice for using the stuff?

@@scalestuff1066 give the surface a coat before applying the decal, apply the decal, don't move it around a lot. Don't use pointy tweezers moving it around and finally as it cures pass a cotton swab on top off it to remove any air bubbles trapped under the decal. If the surface is too "uneven" apply multiple layers of it
