Vacuum bleed your front and rear brake before ya get too shook up, bleed all new clean fresh brake fluid, got rid of the mushy feel on my scooter. The other one is the 200 Tank Deluxe with the larger tires. One of the things that most people don't know about these CVT drive belts, whether you get a cheep one or an expensive belt, there is a 3 stage heat cycle you should put the belt through before you go out and give it the "beans", all belt manufacturers recommend heat cycleing the belt before going out and ride like normal. Gates has a pretty good video teaching everyone how to brake-in the drive belt for the maximum life span of the belt. But even after ya heat cycle the belt a person should not be ham fisted on take offs until you have at least 300 miles on your new belt or your new scooter in order to break in the belt and engine properly.
You have the best reviews on this scooter. You're definitely my go-to for getting my fill on seeing what this scoot is about. I'm eventually going to get one. Keep the videos on this scooter coming! You're doing a great job! Take care and have a great day!
I have the deluxe version with the 13 inch tires. I got 85 miles on the first full tank. Not sure exactly what the mpg is since it’s a 1.4 gallon tank. Haven’t figured it up yet. I’m about 120 miles on so far and I’m loving it.
Ok so I've never put more than 1 gallon in the tank so that explains that. I'm gonna do like everyone else has said and change the gear oil before I ride anymore.
@@DADisTIRED You will find that the scooter community is full of people who are right about this and right about that. I just follow the manual. First change at 300 and then every 1000 after that I think. There is a reason it’s a little low at first. It’s gotta gather up the little bits and pieces of metal that will come out when you do the first change.
I didn't want to play carburetor games but this guy had a 150cc something, it wasn't a tank but very similar and he blew the doors off me at the light. 'm just. not really into tuning. These scooters are above average for Chinese clones.
It's hard t find more people who have this bike do you think this is a genuine good bike and is worth it cause the Honda nva is 1800 aswell and despite a slight speed and cargo capacity diffrence it's a name brand so im split between this and that
The Navi is not $1,800 it is $3,300 minimum out the door. Go to the dealership and get a real quote it will scare you. Best overall Chinese scooter in my opinion, sold out everywhere in California.
I hear you but if that's true I'll buy 2 of them. If you can get a Navi for $2k why would you pay $1,800 for a Chinese copy of a Yamaha? Honda's cost more than $300 price difference than a drop shipped scooter.
Don bro you need to change your gear oil ASAP when I drained it out of Mines it was only a little bit. Now when you refill it you need to squirt two good pumps into the gear oil hole you have to change the oil immediately but I agree with you on everything you said thanks for your input nice video keep up the good work

@@DADisTIRED I know that some people think that the bar end weights are just for show but they perform a function by helping dampen the slight headshake vibration that typically comes with having a light front end. There are a couple of different types that get used, they will normally all have a philips screw on the ends that goes through the center of the bar end and sometimes they are fastened into the handle bar ends with that screw or that screw will tighten down on a peice of rubber that goes into the handle bar end and you tighten that screw and the rubber peice will expand inside the handle bar as you tighten the screw. They are not just for looks, they really work. On my scooter they are attached with the screw and most of the motorcycles I have owned were the same way. Good luck!!😁
The deluxe model comes with more crash bars, bigger rims/tires, and the side luggage. I think that the side luggage might actually be shad components and could possibly bolt right up to those racks on the side and back.
I bought the 150cc carborated one yesterday. I wanted to get the deluxe one you showed with the luggage boxes on it. But I decided I wanted carborated over EFI. Mine has the 13" wheels. But they put lower profile tires on, so they look like 12's. This is only the 2nd scooter I've owned. My 50cc has that bar across the tank opening also. So I thought all scooters had it. Even though it goes much faster than the 50cc, it does take a minute to build up power by comparison. I haven't had a chance to go through the manual yet. I need to see if there's a way to mute that "Bluetooth Activated" lady. It's quite loud. And I go to work at 4:45am.
Does anyone have a problem with there speedometer reading faster than your going? I've adjusted the wheel sensor in and out but still always reads 6mph to 12mph faster than my speedo gps app shows. When im doing 25mph my speedo reads 33mph and some times 40mph. I have the 2020 12 inch tire model.
@@DADisTIRED I have a Vitacci Clash 200 EFI (168cc) with an engine made by Lifan and am trying to find out if the Tank uses the same engine. If so the engine number will start with LF. I can't say Lifan made engines are any better than any other brand but I've had good service from my Lifan bikes.
I don't know but these little motors are only $300 without carb on eBay so if I get 3,000-5,000 miles I'll be happy. Do you know how many miles these gy6 motors get???
@@DADisTIRED I don't know how many miles you can expect out of a GY6 engine but I'll bet they could easily go 30,000 or more. Very simple engines. I put 53,000 miles on my Lifan CG200 motorcycle.
So literally years.I thought all these small single cylinder engines were only good for a few thousand miles before teardown. Thanks for the info. I feel better now.
I thought i need to replace my pads at about 10k miles on my lance 200efi but i just replaced the fluid and i am still running the same pads at 14k. I do a fluid change every year now. Secondly if you are going to keep it go with some goodyear city grip 2 they are $100 each but will make it feel like 100x better. Also there is Dr Pulley slider weights for the CVT that will give you some revs. Just weigh your roller weights in you CVT and order the same sliders the GY6 ones are 1814 and you should need around a 12-13g weight. That might help, I was struggling with mine until I got, also the less you use it the harder it is to get it to work when you do wanna crank up so just keep that in mind and tbh it’s only there godforbid your electric system goes down

45 Miles a gallon? Bro you should return that machine! There isn’t a 4 stroke around that would only get that mileage. Okay maybe 70 miles to the gallon because of weight but even that is unrealistic. you sure?
How do you register it? Do you just show them the Certificate of Origin to the DMV? What other paperwork do you need to show? (I have my M license already.)
Exactly. Certificate of origin and they do a vin and engine number verification and they take all the paperwork from you, they also wanted the original big of sale. After that they gave me a license plate with a sticker and told me the title would be to me in 2 or 3 weeks.
