Ricky the Raider, probably has history with the families in New York. (If Fallout ever does go to New York City, I hope they include the Mafia families as factions. They shouldn't be the only factions, but the five families had a big role in the history of real life New York City, so it'd be silly not to include them either as powerful raider gangs or as a main faction one could join. If civilization fell, I have a feeling they'd probably be able to replace the government in some parts of the city. They already basically do. If you go rob a place in some parts of New York, it's not the cops you need to worry about. You'll be lucky if the boys in blue get to you first)
