    Always good stuff. Love your shit bro. Keep it up. Seen you were in North Carolina recently. Would be cool of you'd fish with me one day could show you where the big ones are. You could help me catch them there's a state record in one farm pond I fish. Make some bank content with me. Bring your kayak though you could get busy in some ponds off tuckertown

    What do you think about a z-man original 3/8oz with a missle baits baby d bomb around wood. Samller profile which seems like the way things are going these days. Does the orginal chatterbait have good start up speed? And the baby d bomb is scent infused, will that matter?

    • @Flukemaster
      @Flukemaster  7 месяцев назад

      That sounds like it will work.

      Scent doesn’t matter on a reaction bait like a chatterbait

    I’m probably the only angler still using the trailer I use, as it’s long been discontinued. I got lucky and still have 8 bags left. Many many years ago like when the OG chatterbait came out a Berkeley Devils Spear (white) was an awesome trailer and still is one of my favorites.

    I appreciate your videos and always feel humbled watching you catch fish but I also feel a bit smarter after watching. Thank you! … FYI I’m not so sure the chatter bait started down in Florida! When I was kid 50-52 years ago my uncle would pull the tab off a beer can and take his pocket knife and put 2 holes in that tab, then add swivels on each end, put a bait on one end and tie is line on the other and catch fish. I can’t tell you how many fish he caught.

    I would like to ask for you advice I don't have much confidence in a chatterbait be cause when i fish one i can fill the fish grab the bait but they will not commit to it so i am not sure what i am doing wrong i have even watch one come up and grab it from the side then let it go so what should be a good setup on a chatterbait for me

    Q. Saw the two of those Yak Attack boxes on your deck next to your screen. Are those mounted? What are you keeping in them? I have back problems and am always looking for ways to keep things in front of me.

    • @Flukemaster
      @Flukemaster  7 месяцев назад +1

      They are mounted on a bracket that I move around the boat as needed. They are my quick grab boxes that hold what I’m using like soft plastics so I can get to them faster

    Another informative video with underwater footage. Keep these up. So many different type of trailers do different actions to more popular lures like chatterbait.

    Another alternative I like to use for the 3rd "craw" style is the goat also from Z-man. Lasts forever and gives you that same profile.
