I have watched thousands of your videos and I have to say this is my favorite so far. This is what it’s all about. And to have a hater get instant Karma was the cherry on top. Keep it up; you are changing lives.
I just started snowboarding last year at age 49, loving it. You've helped me a TON with learning how to ride properly. I'm just sad that I'll never be anywhere as good as these radical kiddos!!
@@martina2659 Luckily I'm in decent shape mentally and physically (not too much damage over the years haha). I've been riding fast sport motorcycles on race tracks since 1995 which has kept me pretty sharp in terms of reaction times and decision making, not to mention using my eyes properly and never target-fixating. I'm not gonna make 100 days, but I'm at 15 this season.. Gotta make that season pass count :)
I was 25, now I am in my 40s. It takes a ton of effort but is totally doable to learn as adult. You may never be in the Olympics, but the reward is growing as a person and pushing your limits.
My son and I enjoy all your videos, I think this is one of the best!! How amazing for those kids to be able to show off their skills for you and your crew. I'm sure that meant the world to all of them.
That is where I took my first turns on a snowboard and have been hooked ever since. Thanks to Powder Ridge and the Youth Shelter Supply. Much love for them and what they do for the world.
Glad you all are OK. Unfortunately there are crazy guys (usually with too much booze on board) who feel they have a right to impose their own kind of justice on folks. It was none of his business what you were doing. Also, IF he was drinking/high on something else & driving and caught in the act by the police, then he's got a lot more to deal with (DUI) than you filming kids for fun. Glad you all were able to show this without any crashes with the kids. Those kids were having a great time & you brought a little paparazzi to Powder Ridge which they'll most likely remember forever. Ride On!
This is inspiring I live in that area and i just recently started snowboard but I'm still trying to learn my backyard before I head over to powder ridge cuz I don't have anyone to ride with and I'm so nervous about everyone seeing me crash over and over but it's all part of the process and this just got me excited to keep trying and get better
I wish id picked up snowboarding sooner. First time going was this last christmas and im 24. Fell in love with it and have always wanted to try. Wish id done it sooner.
What a cool place for kids to go and get exercise, have fun and have fun together! They just go straight back up and get so many reps. No wonder there are so many good boarders and skiers from, of all places, Wisconsin. 👏
Mid west has the best jibbers and small feature senders imo. They just run hard laps on small hills with rope tows back to back... they get crazy laps.
Rough experience with the van guy, Hope all is well though! Great vid as always :) cant wait till you guys come to Willard. Missed you at gore so im 100% making Willard
Dope edit!!! And don't sweat it Cody, we've all been fooled at least once by the old snowy shoulder turnaround that sinks the front down and you get stuck in Utah or wherever
"I think we are still in Minnesota" - in st cloud Minnesota is basically dead center! Love to see you shredding in MN Didn't know you were at powder ridge but seeing the rail shredding proves it! Best rail riders in the US. Not including me but I always find it insane when I'm at Buck Hill and someone front flips off a box with three feet of air!
As a old former pro snowboarder. The best times I remember were hitting sweat awesome fun features with my crew at night. With no agenda just letting our creativity go wild
@@JohnathanBuckhouse Whitefish and Big Sky are both worth visiting, they’re about 5 hours apart however. If you head this way try to remember to hit mr up!
I just saw the guy from the keystone pass video, the one who got you to stop, at Roundtop in PA. By the way, can’t wait to see you there whenever that will be
And an ambassador of the sport! All those really good kids used to watch my videos but out grew me as they got better, which is amazing! But they were so stoked to see me because I taught them their first Boardslides. Skill is just 20% of the equation.
my man i think your last stop on the tour should be sneaking into mad river glen (seperated splitboard showing as "skis" to get in and on the lift get to the top and put em back together...go out with a bang XD
I looked on the calendar and I didn’t see when your going to Bristol mountain in New York but just an fyi there is rarely fresh pow and is a lot of times dangerously icy. But there is one run called challenger you’ll probably find yourself on a lot that’s really fun and sketchy with a giant almost vertical drop!
I screen shotted that van and I'm at powder ridge multiple times every week. I'll keep an eye out. That pvc pipe on top might be water storage for a crappy diy camper van...just a heads up the dude might be living in that thing and following ya'll
whenever I move to Colorado or NH in the future, where i'm planning to go, I definitely wanna try skiing and snowboarding 👍🏻🤗🙂😃in my early 30s, even though my parents never taught me it, cause i'm used to cold weather here since i've lived in DC all my life, my parents grew up in Houston, so they don't like cold weather, haha, like I do, am a bit scared to try it though 😬 , but I definitely wanna get out of Maryland in the future sometime, lived here all my life and wanna go somewhere new and expand my horizons 🙂
@@JohnathanBuckhouse So stalking and going off the road. Still gets let off, hopefully they will charge him with something once they investigate all the evidence. They don't always arrest right away but someone like that needs consequences or they will keep being dangerous.
@@WaltzwithAI former cop here. Stalking is one of the hardest things to charge people with. You have to show good evidence of intent. It's a slippery slope.
There wasn’t much they could do as he hadn’t directly assaulted us, we all just had a bad gut feeling about the guy so we were happy that the cops were willing to wait till we both parted ways
@@Cody_Pulliam I hate to say it but, as you get more popular you might have to pay for private security. Even though this looked like a random incident next time it might not be.

im all team skier so you don't help me get better but your vids are so entertaining and the mountain reviews help me decide where to ski.
I love these types of videos of just people sessioning features, that kid when he backflipped off the rail was insane 11:27
That was his first time doing it too 🙌🏼
@@JohnathanBuckhouse what a legend
Ur serious?!!! Holy shit. I'm a skier but that's impressive

Thanks for visiting!!! Sounds like a stearns county experience lol

I like this kind of video where it shows that kids can be kids and respectful and have a whole heck of a lot of fun 😊

I was so stoked when Johnathan was there. It was my fav powder ridge night 😊

I am going to find you
lots of fans in south dakota too
Michigan too
Colorado
Montana…
My home resort as a kid. Used to be one of the groms on the school bus once a week before got drivers license. Neat to see it on this channel.
This was the school buss night 😂 Stoked to make a video at your home spot
I like how this video reminds me of the old RUclips like 7 years ago

You’re still young man! Take care of those knees and you’ll be ripping a long time
It boggles my mind that kids in the US have places like this to just go hang out at after school..
