How many octopi can I crochet with one skein and tutorial

Pattern:
Row 1. 6 sc into magic ring
Row 2. Inc around (16)
Row 3. (1 sc, inc) around (24)
Row 4,5,6. 24 sc
Row 7. (1sc, dec) around (16)
Row 8. FLO (in same st-sc,hdc,dc,hdc), sl st. Repeat around til you have 8 tentacles.
Row 9. BLO of row 8, (2 sc, sk st) repeat around, ending with a sc.
Row 10. dec around, sl st in last st. Leave tail to sew closed
Stuff and sew closed.
I add eyes last. I place them between rows 5&6, 4 to 5 stitches apart.
I struggled to stay in frame with the camera hovering over my hands and trying to see what I was doing at the same time. Hopefully, I’ll get better with practice.
