I just made this. My grandson loved it. I fried green onion and bell peppers in the sausage towards the end of its cooking. I think next time, I’m going to add a cup of Bisquick to the egg mixture while mixing . It’s such a great recipe. Thank you for the recipe. I told my husband, “I don’t know if this is going to be good, and that a it was a chef’s recipe.” He says, “Of course, it’s going to be good.” Yes, what was I thinking.
I’m so glad your grandson loved it!!! Your additions sound amazing and I love when people modify the recipe to their liking! Recipes are almost never “one size fits all” so modifications are almost a necessity for each individual/group! 😁
I’m wearing a Sennheiser Lavalier so I’m not sure how much better you can get than that. Can you describe the sound issue you hear and we can look into it?
