**Ingredients*
1 block of firm tofu
1/4 cup red bell pepper
1/4 cup green bell pepper
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup red onion
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1tsp paprika
1tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp cornstarch for sauce
1/4 cup cornstarch for coating
