I made this yesterday, on bed of basmati rice. OMG, so delicious . . . exceeded expectations. The ACV, sugar, and salt was perfectly balanced, everything popping, esp. with the pineapple, an essential! Had leftovers today, too. Many thanks.

Watched this in bed last night, and absolutely had to make it for lunch today 🙈 It was so so good! I used lychee (from a can) instead of pineapple. Next level delicious. We don't have any good Chinese food where I live, so it makes me so happy when I find a "takeaway" recipe that is easy to make, and on the healthy side too ❤️
Just made this for dinner, easy and delicious. I saved a step (and another pot to wash) by mixing the sauce and adding it to the wok directly to simmer and reduce with the veg.
Thanks for the recipe ! Made this with a bit of twist - added jaggery instead of sugar, fried cashews, green chilies, red chilli flakes -- yummmmmmyyyyy
