For those who cant get the plug back in....I just fixed mine! there is a flat plate in the grese hole that engages with the metal pin on the plug and if its not aligned then the metal pin wont let the plug sit as it should. Manually turn the drill bit nose to let the gears move inside. For me this allowed the plate to move aft and the pin sat in perfect. Should pop right in after than.

What you did makes no effect. You have to take apart whole machine and re-grease all moving parts.

I just bought the bosch grease off Amazon. About $13 but it should be all I ever need. - Please let me know how you got it back on! Can't get mine to twist back around after I push in on the red piece and get it in the track it just wont turn! Clockwise of course as that is the direction correct? Thx

Hey man that was a great video and I will subscribe if you can help me out of this jam! I followed your instructions and it came off easy. BUT I can't get it to twist back on. I push in the red spring lock and it falls down into the track you pointed out BUT it will just not turn/twist back on! I am puting max force on it and afraid it's going to break the plastic parts if I twist any harder. PLEASE let me know if you have a tip? Thx!
