Wonderful recipes for the winter. Thank you for your patience explaining them. I agree , meal planning and a good freezer stock is essential for the winter. Greetings from Spain. ❤❤
Thank you so much for sharing these wonderfully comforting recipes with us. I will be cooking away! One question --it looks as though you store oils and spices on the shelves inset on either side of your AGA. Do you find that the warmth from the range compromises them, or is it fine to store whatever you wish close to the AGA? Again, thanks for the lovely recipes, looking forward to enjoying some fall feasts.
That side of my Aga is the module that I only use in summer so it isn’t hot there, I wouldn’t keep them there if that end of the Aga was constantly on. Really hope you enjoy cooking the recipes xx
Thank you so much... I intend to use the tray bake idea with sone gnocchi I have, it's lovely of you.

Thank you so very much x
So enjoyable, thank you Charlie. Just wondered if you could suggest an alternative to kidney beans?
😄
Yes you can use any beans, chickpeas would work well too! Or leave them out x
@@ask.charlie Thank you so much. I've give that a try. x
I am going to try the butternut squash recipe. I'd forgotten about orzo. Thanks for reminding me it exists. :)
Hope you love it 😍 Orzo is great x
I cooked this last night. Everyone enjoyed it although they all assumed it was rice. It's nice to be able to add one more dish to the menu. x
Put a glass/cup of water beside your chopping board when chopping onion/shallots - it stops your eyes watering!
Oh that’s great advice I will try it out 😍 thank you so much
@@ask.charlie honestly it works!
