I received this kit for Christmas in 2019. The little one is sitting in my car for small projects, and I honestly didn’t think twice on removing lug nuts with this drill. Thanks for the Test.

I purchased this kit over the holidays and love it. Sure the 1/2" impact wrench is no beast but it gets the job done on my Subaru, Honda ATV, Cub Cadet XT3 garden tractor (changing and sharpening blades) and other light duty jobs. It was a great deal at $149.00 especially not having to pay sales tax in NH. Cheers!

Good comprehensive vid Boss, a nice little impact for the dough. Agree regarding the 1/2" anvil being the way to go especially for wheels/suspension work. I have the Stubby in 3/8" so far so good a nice little impact, but the 1/2" will hit harder. We know the pin dent on the Milwaukee High Torque will cost you some torque over the friction ring version. But this little Makita is fine for small jobs will give you a little more power than the DeWalt 3/8" Xtreme impact wrench 👍🏽

The black subcompact line is for the American market only (as far as I know). These tools are teal in the rest of the world (always different model numbers, sometimes different coo). Grab a uk catalog off of their website and take a gander. Heck, grab a uk catalog and prepare to cry about how much better looking it is than the us catalog.

Man, you got somewhat confused. There are no 21mm sockets used for the lug nuts, there are 19mm (for 12mm nuts) and 22mm (for 14mm nuts). For imperial (1/2 inch nuts), you better off use imperial 3/4 sockets!
