I loved the movie and the ending was amazing! At first I thought I didnt count the patients right, but then I realised what happened. Not a waste of time! Worth to watch!!

One of the BEST horror movies I've seen in a LONG time. Seriously! Love that it made me think, and wasn't just the same ol' same ol' ... definitely not predictable! Well done, loved the twists! Encore!
A twist. Not so much horror but more a psychological thriller..my favorite. I loved it.

I always search “movies thriller suspense” and this came up. I enjoyed it too.
I've seen this film only once on TV and that was over a decade ago and I actually wondered why no one raved about it!! Its one of the best psychological horrors I've ever watched !! Brilliant casting , well thought out scenarios and a fantastic twist at the end! Its what all horrors should be made of! A brilliantly written plot! Any more of the same? Maybe by the same company ?? Top marks Kings Of Horror !!

I decided to watch this because Michael Ironside was in it and he always does higher quality horror films, this was no exception !! It really keeps you on the edge of your seat and the plot twist at the end will knock your socks off. 😀😀😳😳
This flick will keep you guessing to the very end; definitely one of the cleverer movies I have seen. The story, acting, directing, and special effects were superb. Dude, you know you can't go wrong with Michael Ironside in it. 👍👍
Even though I only got here for the end and don't know the whole story,
the writing, acting, and production values were head and shoulders above
horror films I've seen in the past...Congrats to the team!

Great story line with a wonderful twist, thanks for sharing the movie. Got to admit that i enjoyed it from start to finish.
The scariest thing was Dr. Marcus' smile. I almost shi___ my pants. The second scariest thing were his methods of getting to the 'truth.' The third was I started thinking if I watched any more of this movie, I would be a sadistic monster myself. I think I've enjoyed it as much as I can stand... for now.
I did not expect the ending. That was tremendous. One of the best plot I have watched!
really loved the movie. every actor did fantastic job. each story is interesting. i also noticed that the quality of camera work is top notch. over all i would say it was a good time watching this movie. i was not expecting this much quality out of a youtube movie! there are many big budget, big production horror films which are just terrible in every sense. but this one really surprised me. really loved it and expecting more quality movies like this. a big thanks to you guys for uploading it and last but not the least, this movie definitely deserves more attention.

I honestly have to say that this was a great film and that the creator deserves and will receive a 👏🏻 👏🏻 from me. Once again, great film, loved everything, the characters, setting, the short back stories and the plot. The sociological and all the logical things put into here made such a wonderful film that opens the mind.

I just stumbled onto this movie! The ending was NOT what I thought at all! Great movie, I would rate this 4/5 also, worth watching for sure.
This is one of those movies that when you see it online anywhere your excited to watch its such a good example of underappreciated horror

Very interesting movie. I liked getting to know each patients story. I couldn't tell what the twist was going to be like I usually can in most movies. The acting was also well done. Thumbs up!

Came across this film Patient Seven and actually to say it was very interesting how all of the patients back stories came together (intertwined). Good plot. This plot relates to the film called "Crash" where peoples lives (intertwine) as well so this film reminded me of the other film Crash. Had to pay attention though to see why the 7 patients backstories came together.
This movie was perfect at the end of a stressful day.. a lil murder and mayhem to unwind.

It's a 4/5. Awesome plot twist but isn't much scary. There should have been more jump scares or blood but overall, it's completely awesome.

This was one of the best storylines I have seen in a long time🤓. All the characters were interesting enough for you to get wrapped up into their separate stories .. I knew in the end tho that the Doctor had to end up being the bad guy. He had way too many sadistic tendencies to be normal... But I really bought the last patients line and thought the Doctor was the head Vampire, that had cordinated the rest of the patients onto the paths they took to get to where they were in the institution...I like Michael Ironside ,so I try to watch the movies he is in. He is very versatile and plays🤑 well in many roles👍👍👍. I would not label him a character actor, because alot of time I see those as filler members to a cast, but Ironside is much more than that. He can really scare the stuffings out of you at times ,then you figure out where his side of good and evil lay, and it takes off from there.. would watch this again, it was like seeing several videos at once. Very entertaining....👏👏👏

The building up of the suspense of who the 'doctor' is actually is , it's good!
l don't think it was a suspense on who the doctor is because until you noticed a twist on who the doctor actually is you didn't suspect anything .
Thus instead of it being "suspense" it's a " twist"

I like how these guys just walking around with a dead body on Halloween and just chilling cuase everyone thinks its a prop.
