Did you know: Lucchese also made jeans, for a few years in the 2000s I think. (This would be prior to the modern Lucchese x Wrangler collab jeans). Found a pair recently, sold them for $60. Probably could have held out for more but C.R.E.A.M.

In Northern California the Goodwills price everything high. They don't have any discounts. Some of their items are priced higher than what the manufacturer is selling the item.

I have a nice portable AC unit and a nice portable heater. It’s insulated well so not too hard to keep it manageable.
