Quick advise, I hope you see this, I don’t know if you do this because I didn’t see in the video but there is a second layer of film that you need to remove which reveals a stick side and if you put that side on the window then it’ll stick easier Leaving you with less “fingers”

When u do front tints always leave the window slightly open till its cured thats will stop it ripping wen u open and shut it

My local tint guy charged me £60 to do the front windows on my RAV4. The rear is already tinted dark from Toyota. I tried to do tints on my old Previa it was terrible I never tried tinting again.

Yh I’m pretty sure it is. Can only have 75% on the front
@@Bond2025 Yeah that’s what I said but just worded it differently. Anyway a car would have 20% on the front as that’s only allowing 20% light through which is illegal. The way they name tints is how much light it puts through so techinacally i got it right in the first place

Yep. They are not affected. However when it comes to removing the tint or applying you will have to be really careful not to rip or slice any of the heater lines

PSA, I just remember you said you were going to get lowering springs for the scirocco.
I have the H&R lowering springs and they don’t really make an enormous difference. They lower it a bit but nothing crazy…

Pre cut film is more forgiving for beginners. Try heating the window outside for 3 secs and be persistent, the fingers will go away.

usually about £100 for full caf and about 70 for back windows

Think he’s just using this punto as a daily car to keep the miles off the scirocco, and it’s too loud for the dog. He still drives it, but there’s not many mods left he can do so it not in as many videos

Legal limit is 70% light pass through. Most cars are already max tint from the factory.
