Scanias and Volvos need a lot of horsepower for transporting big loads of timber on bad roads in the forrests of Northern Europe. The authorities in Sweden are even increasing the allowed max loads from 60 000 to 74 000 kgs, which will probably increase the need for big engines even more, even if the North European market is relatively small. Volvo tried to buy Scania about 20 years ago but Volkswagen managed to stop this by using EU laws against market domination. Kind of strange considering the small size of the Swedish market compared to the global market that these two manufacturers really sell on. Otherwise we would probably have had a joint Swedish truck manufacturer today.

If it ain’t Dutch it isn’t much, DAF rules!
You Army went for Scania though !
@@fabr5747What army?😂😂😂
@@fabr5747 Yes, that"s through
Easy list! 1. Scania, 2. Volvo, 3. Draw of Mercedes and MAN, Man has Scanias Interior and beat Mercedes in interior, but Mercedes has better reliability than MAN. and last is DAF that I have nothing good to say about. It's simply put a low budget option if you don't care about your work/workers.

@@klaasvandijk1003 Troligen mer kunskap än dig eftersom jag har kört alla i all väderlekar och underlag, vinterväg i 5-6 månader om året är inget som någon holländare vet mycket om! Håll er till ost och trätofflor.
1-scania
2-man
3-mercedes
4-volvo
5-daf
I’ve been driving trucks for about 8 months now , and I can tell you from experience DAF is by far the superior truck
Nej - Ei - Non - No.
It is Volvo and Scania that is superior. Everyone knows that.
Scalia and Volvo are best
Manca Iveco 💪💪💪🇦🇱
Scania!!!!
Scania for sure!
Not only scania volvo & scania both
VOLVO 👑💪🏻
Which truck has the steer rear pr tag axle?
DAF
Mercedes, Scania, DAF, Volvo and in the last place MAN
In that order, anyone who’s a UK trucker would kno
Every truck of every brand should have a collision avoiding system. Even the older models should be equipped additionally with it. Truck crashes on the motorways are horrible.
Man tgx most beautiful truck in planet😊
I go for MAN. They also make buses and Vans
The vans are VW that were rebadged MAN... Nothing MAN in the vans in reality.
J'ai conduit tous les camions!!!
1/Volvo
2/Scania
3/Daf
4/Man
5/Iveco
6/Mercedes
Scania........is my best.....we got 4 Scania v8
We have 180 Mercedes-Benz Actros 2548 LS is a long-haul truck with a 12.8 liter inline 6 engine mirrorless 2020-2024 and 5 DAF XF 480 2024 model mirrorless AND let me tel ya all: DAF's have no such thing called "fuel efficiency" compared with the Mercs! Also the one DAF needed already replacing all the injectors and the Mercs never had engine problems.
Scania is my fav truck. I always choose scania
For me,I'd take a Scania any day of the week!! The ones I've driven over the years have been absolutely brilliant!!! Volvo are also extremely good!! But daf, I'm afraid they come last! They seem to go wrong all the time!! The company I'm with currently have a fleet of them ranging from 20 to 24 plates. No matter which one you go out in, the amount of faults and malfunctions that come up on the dashboard is unbelievable!! I only went out in the 24 plate the other day and it's flagging up an air tank malfunction, it hasn't got 15k on it yet!! 😢
Scania
