Just to clarify that long running rumor about the Japanese Lavender Town: NOBODY DIED, NOR WENT INSANE, BECAUSE OF IT. A couple of kids and teens reported feeling nauseous because of headaches brought about from the rhythmic high pitches in the music. During that time period a teen who never touched the game committed suicide because of family issues and the internet just combined the two incidents which created the ridiculous rumor that everyone's been passing around since then. That's all.

Actually that last game was not based off a Nuzlocke. That was Pokemon Black, a hacked game based off of a creepypasta that makes your starter Pokemon the unknown ghost of Lavender Tower who is invincible and kills in one shot, killing the enemies pokemon and then the opposing trainer themselves replacing them on the map with a gravestone, only to then have it kill you at the end of the game.
I always found the concept of Moemon hilarious.
"You know that Nintendo game where you capture small animals and force them to fight for your approval?"

"Let's do the same thing but with small children!"
"Okay!"
I actually love Moemon. It's pretty fun to see all the different takes on the sprites. Even though the game doesn't have an original story or anything, it's still fun to play. All the sprites are magnificently crafted and you can tell a lot of work went into it.
Snorlax sprite is really fun to look at.
Imagine if GF made a Pokémon Maker for the WiiU/NX? Instead of using a cloud for the games, you could just send them to people on your friend's list allowing them to download your game if they have the Pokémon maker game. Moemon FTW!

Jacob Rose The game could have online battling by utilizing the different graphics from Gen 1 - 4 (Gen 5 sprites were meh while Gen 6 and 7 would take too much space on the WiiU/NX) along with their mechanics and pair that person with someone of the same Gen). The seller for the game would be the sprite maker that would allow the player to either make Pokémon or over world/inside building sprites (similar to how Mario Paint had a stamp/sprite creator to make objects.)

Moemon is not a bootleg, it's a fangame. There's a big difference there. Fangames don't try to trick you into thinking they're actual Pokemon games, bootlegs do. Also, fangames are always free.

Some people don't believe about the high frequencies in the original pokemon games. I can 100% guarantee that the original Green version (Japanese only) Lavender town at least sounded DIFFERENT. not saying the frequencies existed but the music WAS different.

I don't feel it was fair for him to include Moemon. It's not a bootleg, it's a fangame. The difference being that bootlegs are made to mislead people into thinking they're legitimate so they sell more copies. Fangames are free.
