When whales/institutions buy, PRICE DROPS or STAYS SAME. When retail buy, PRICE PUMPS. Professionals buy cautiosly not to cause price to go up dramatically

Toby himself mentioned the other day that if Bitcoin breaks about 70k then it will keep going probably break 100k. Downside is if it breaks below 50k.
