Is it really true that you can only see your abs at 15% body fat ? Or can it maybe higher like 17-18% bodyfat (I know every body is different with the body fat but i want to hear your experience please).
everyone is different as you said John, but in our experiences our abs don't really show until around 12%... they don't show all lines of the packs until single digit percentage .. it's possible for your abs to show at a higher body fat percentage but you'd really need to build them for that to be the case
Can I train HARD and INTENSE every single day? and by that I mean doing like chest tricep and bicep in day 1, and back, shoulders and legs in day 2? so they each get a rest but I still train everyday.. doest that make sense?

I'd recommend every other at most since it's a more of a lower rep exercise to really build the abs so you need the recovery!
Was always taught to go elbow to knees for this exercise
by bringing your elbows passed your knees, you actually are creating more flexion of the abs with a fuller ROM!
