my wrists have imrpoved SOOOO much since i started warming them up! idk if u do the warm ups but basically i do wrist rolls for like a total of 5 mins and its made a huge difference!
after trying so many of chloe's arm workouts, i will just say...do not underestimate the difficulty of her arm workouts. especially the arm circles and pulse up and down those will have your arms dead !!!!!!

Today is my second day of the 2021 2 week shred and I’m promising myself I’m gonna stick with it this time! It’s a bit hard because I don’t have a ton of space and my yoga mat isn’t the best, but I’m gonna try my hardest because I want to see results. Can’t wait to see how I feel by the end! Update 1: I’m 8 days in and still pushing through!! I can really feel a difference in my arms already, it’s crazy! I’ve never been able to do more than one regular push-up at a time and now I can do a few and do them well!! Update 2: I just finished my first 2 week shred!!! I’m not gonna lie, I don’t have the most visible results or anything but I feel so good about myself, just for doing it! I can also do a standard push-up now which I’ve never been able to do before so that’s fun. I know she probably won’t see this but I just want to say thank you to Chloe for making these routines available, I know so many people who use them and take so much joy from them, and I plan to continue to try and push myself using your workouts as a guide as well!!

Please be careful, if it starts to hurt you can put on a light support bandage before the workout. I do that for my left ankle and it works wonders. And try not to miss the cooldowns
If anyone else struggles maintaining balance while doing crab kicks, something that helped me is staring at a fixed point on the wall or wherever you’re facing, similar to what you would do for a spin in dance. Good luck everyone! Rooting for you all 💖
Still can't do it. Maybe I'm ditributing weight wrong, flexing the wrong muscles, or maybe my muscles aren't strong enough yet. Only way I CAN do them is pointing my hands outwards instead of forwards, but I'm afrain I might injure something by doing it wrong. So I try it everytime, but fail everytime... Maybe... one day... lol

Yayy! I completed 2 weeks shred. I took two extra rest days. I ll be starting 2021 weight loss challenge. I have PCOS and hypothyroidism. I am trying my best everyday to manage my symptoms. To anyone, who is starting the challenge, you can do it. May be you ll need some extra breaks and rest day. Believe in yourself. If I can do it, you can too💕
2021 2 WEEKS SHRED CHALLENGE DONE!!! (01-23-2023)🥰 Damnn I can't believe I was able to finish it cuz' last year I wasn't able to. My routine was 2 min. jumping rope, the three exercises, and 5 min. cooldown. On rest days I still try to perform a couple of exercises. Here are my observations and realization. (1) Reading comments from other people really helped me push through. (2) Triceps and abs became a little more defined. (3) My whole body definitely became a lot stronger. (4) Improves my mood. Finishing the exercises makes me feel good and motivated for the next day. (5) Food is really important to have the energy to exercise. My go to is just salad, very low cal. but filling for me. Sadly, I wasn't able to track my weight because our scale is broken. 😅 This is just a head start and I'm still gonna do another challenge after resting. Let's get stronger together guys. Happy Chinese New Year! ❤🔥
FINISHED THE TWO WEEK SHRED CHALLENGE!!!! I feel SO much stronger and by this last day I was able to do the 25 minute full body workout without pausing!!! I’m gonna bring more cardio into my workout schedule now to try and lose some fat so my abs are more visible, but when I feel my stomach my abs feel SO much stronger and tighter! Guys when she says you will improve, she means it! Keep going strong everybody we have totally got this!
I just love how Chloe's programs are all free. I can't afford going to the gym, and I was getting really uncomfortable with myself during this quarantine and this whole pandemic. She literally gave me the strength to start working out and I'm starting to love myself again, I feel so much better after working out. CHALLENGE DIARY, WILL UPDATE EVERYDAY! I also have a few videos on my progress through Chloe's challenges if anyone is interested! DAY 1: ✅ Happy to start a new challenge and looking forwards to seeing the results! I hope I'll be able to lose that stubborn fat on my belly! Used resistance bands whenever it was an option. DAY 2: ✅ My glutes are killing me now! But it was such a great workout! Used resistance bands for all the exercises and then I went for an hour walk. Ready for tomorrow! DAY 3: ✅ the second video focusing on arms and back was pretty hard but finished it nonetheless. Doing that other video focusing on the arms still made it even harder!!! But I can feel myself getting stronger which I love. Went for a 45 min walk afterwards DAY 4: ✅ great workout today! Enjoyed that it was only 25 min but it was still intense. Really falling in love with the 11 line abs workout! Went for a 50 min walk afterwards
DAY 5: ✅ switched for the exercises for day 6 because my arms were already hurting me so I though it would be wiser to do arm workout tomorrow after a longer rest. Did the 3 videos meant for tomorrow instead and used resistance bands and 10KG dumbbells when required. the 11 lines abs workout video is becoming easier each day which is great and my glutes are on fire from the other 2 videos!! Went for a 45 min walk afterwards DAY 6: ✅ did both videos on arm workout initially planned for day 5. My arms were killing me at the end! Used 5kg dumbbells DAY 7: rest day DAY 8: ✅ I like this new video and the exercices are not too hard. I feel my glutes getting much stronger! Used resistance bands and 10kg dumbbell when required. Went for a 45 min walk afterwards DAY 9: ✅ enjoyed that it was only 20 min as I wasn’t feeling like working out today. Feeling my arms getting stronger when doing push ups. Went for a 45 min walk afterwards DAY 10: ✅ my glutes were hurting so bad by the middle of the last video! I can already feel my body becoming much toner! Used resistance bands and 6kg dumbbells when required. Went for a 45 min walk afterwards
For my fellow overweight/obese and also tall friends who are doing bodyweight exercises: remember that the heavier or taller a person is, the harder bodyweight exercises will be because more strength is required to perform the same exercise relative to a shorter and lighter person! Don't be discouraged if it's hard at the beginning, or even for a longer while. While you build up your strength and lose weight the exercises will be easier. Even when we're struggling and doing the easier versions we're still working out at our level! We've got this 💪

On day 9 of the hourglass challenge, I’m finding during the workouts I’m able to keep going without any breaks (besides the breaks Chloe gives us between each exercise) and I’m super proud of myself!! Though I gotta say, I’m cursing like helllll at those last 4 arm exercises, my body is begginggg me to stop 😭😂 good thing my family can’t hear me down in the basement, I’m cursing like a damn sailor!
Who knew that swinging your arms around and in circles would be this exhausting and painful. The first time I saw her doing it I was like “this is going to be stupid” ten seconds in I was like what is this torture weapon?!
I have just completed the 14-day shred challenge. I am glad to say I am astonished at how amazing I feel. I have built a lot of upper body strength and now I can do pushups and so much more. I now have more defined abs. I feel great.
For me, the hardest workout I've done so far is the plank challenge. I've always had muscular arms so doing push ups and stuff isn't the hardest thing for me. But this workout was still hard though

It actually shapes your tummy's fat deposition. It does not develop muscle, and only makes you look aesthetically pleasing. You will be just as unhealthy as you were before using that toner.

I am halfway across the world, far from my family, and Chloe's workouts are bringing my sister and I together in one common challenge everyday. We share our before/after pictures, etc. It's a lot of fun!! Thanks Chloe for allowing people like us, who don't necessarily have a budget for training, to do something for FREE. Yayy! I completed 2 weeks shred. I took two extra rest days. I ll be starting 2021 weight loss challenge. I have PCOS and hypothyroidism. I am trying my best everyday to manage my symptoms. To anyone, who is starting the challenge, you can do it. May be you ll need some extra breaks and rest day. Believe in yourself. If I can do it, you can too💕

2021 2 WEEKS SHRED CHALLENGE DONE!!! (01-23-2023)🥰
Damnn I can't believe I was able to finish it cuz' last year I wasn't able to. My routine was 2 min. jumping rope, the three exercises, and 5 min. cooldown. On rest days I still try to perform a couple of exercises. Here are my observations and realization.
(1) Reading comments from other people really helped me push through.
(2) Triceps and abs became a little more defined.
(3) My whole body definitely became a lot stronger.
(4) Improves my mood. Finishing the exercises makes me feel good and motivated for the next day.
(5) Food is really important to have the energy to exercise. My go to is just salad, very low cal. but filling for me.
Sadly, I wasn't able to track my weight because our scale is broken. 😅 This is just a head start and I'm still gonna do another challenge after resting. Let's get stronger together guys. Happy Chinese New Year! ❤🔥

FINISHED THE TWO WEEK SHRED CHALLENGE!!!! I feel SO much stronger and by this last day I was able to do the 25 minute full body workout without pausing!!! I’m gonna bring more cardio into my workout schedule now to try and lose some fat so my abs are more visible, but when I feel my stomach my abs feel SO much stronger and tighter! Guys when she says you will improve, she means it! Keep going strong everybody we have totally got this!
I just love how Chloe's programs are all free. I can't afford going to the gym, and I was getting really uncomfortable with myself during this quarantine and this whole pandemic. She literally gave me the strength to start working out and I'm starting to love myself again, I feel so much better after working out. Just finished the 2021 2-Week Shred Challenge. I have learned so much along the way, and I’ve definitely gotten stronger! Determination is the KEYSTONE, and time will pass anyway, so why not become a beast? DO NOT give up! Some days will be hard! Some days you will scream and cry and puke! It’s okay, but it is NOT okay to give up. Take it from a stranger on RUclips. My fitness journey might never be over. I believe in you! Don’t stop until you’re proud!

DAY 1: ✅ Happy to start a new challenge and looking forwards to seeing the results! I hope I'll be able to lose that stubborn fat on my belly! Used resistance bands whenever it was an option.
DAY 2: ✅ My glutes are killing me now! But it was such a great workout! Used resistance bands for all the exercises and then I went for an hour walk. Ready for tomorrow!
DAY 3: ✅ the second video focusing on arms and back was pretty hard but finished it nonetheless. Doing that other video focusing on the arms still made it even harder!!! But I can feel myself getting stronger which I love. Went for a 45 min walk afterwards
DAY 4: ✅ great workout today! Enjoyed that it was only 25 min but it was still intense. Really falling in love with the 11 line abs workout! Went for a 50 min walk afterwards
DAY 5: ✅ switched for the exercises for day 6 because my arms were already hurting me so I though it would be wiser to do arm workout tomorrow after a longer rest. Did the 3 videos meant for tomorrow instead and used resistance bands and 10KG dumbbells when required. the 11 lines abs workout video is becoming easier each day which is great and my glutes are on fire from the other 2 videos!! Went for a 45 min walk afterwards
DAY 6: ✅ did both videos on arm workout initially planned for day 5. My arms were killing me at the end! Used 5kg dumbbells
DAY 7: rest day
DAY 8: ✅ I like this new video and the exercices are not too hard. I feel my glutes getting much stronger! Used resistance bands and 10kg dumbbell when required. Went for a 45 min walk afterwards
DAY 9: ✅ enjoyed that it was only 20 min as I wasn’t feeling like working out today. Feeling my arms getting stronger when doing push ups. Went for a 45 min walk afterwards
DAY 10: ✅ my glutes were hurting so bad by the middle of the last video! I can already feel my body becoming much toner! Used resistance bands and 6kg dumbbells when required. Went for a 45 min walk afterwards

For my fellow overweight/obese and also tall friends who are doing bodyweight exercises: remember that the heavier or taller a person is, the harder bodyweight exercises will be because more strength is required to perform the same exercise relative to a shorter and lighter person! Don't be discouraged if it's hard at the beginning, or even for a longer while. While you build up your strength and lose weight the exercises will be easier. Even when we're struggling and doing the easier versions we're still working out at our level! We've got this 💪

On day 9 of the hourglass challenge, I’m finding during the workouts I’m able to keep going without any breaks (besides the breaks Chloe gives us between each exercise) and I’m super proud of myself!! Though I gotta say, I’m cursing like helllll at those last 4 arm exercises, my body is begginggg me to stop 😭😂 good thing my family can’t hear me down in the basement, I’m cursing like a damn sailor!

I have just completed the 14-day shred challenge. I am glad to say I am astonished at how amazing I feel. I have built a lot of upper body strength and now I can do pushups and so much more. I now have more defined abs. I feel great.
