I don't understand how to read the protractor. Why does it say 45 when it's clearly a 90 degree angle?? makes no sense.

That 45° would be the daul cut, meaning 45° + 45° = 90°. So if you were installing trim in a 90° corner, you would cut the ends of where both pieces meet to 45°. I hope that helps some.

Did you not watch the video? 45 is what you’d set your saw to. Two 45’s make 90.

Thanks, part of my doubt is clarified, but what happens if it reads 60? My saw only cuts up to 47 degrees and I need 2 feet of 60 for the 120 angle, I'm starting to think that in that case you have to divide 60 by 2 and cut at 30 but if I do it like this it will only be between the 2 feet and 60 degrees​@@jennytalbert5547
