- When my throttle cable snapped, i looked online for new cable and was pleasantly surprised to find out that cables in some cases are more expensive than buying entire kit. Found complete set of grips, housing clamp and throttle cable for $10 bucks on Amazon.
I'm restoring a 50 year old mini bike , This is what I needed. Thanks for a great job !!!!

The bolts you screwed off at 0:20 where like almost glued in my rt 200, so me and my dad broke off the whole thing to buy a whole new set LOL hopefully it’s better now!

What if it doesn’t snap back into place. I followed all the directions and it won’t snap back like that did
I accidently cut my throttle cable to short and now need to purchase a new one

Don't see how the throttle grip is toast that grove is for the cable
I am missing the spring on top of the throttle plates, 1:05 in the video. When I took that screw out, it popped off and I lost it. Is there any work around I can use? I'm trying my best to replace my kids throttle cable on my own & we don't have any mechanical men or anyone experienced in mini bikes to help.

What model/ make is your mini bike? I just bought the same one and don’t know the model/make and need to buy a new rear fender
Do I need to use a grinder to cut the end off? Or can I use regular wire cutters?
what is the connector called at 2:18? also, i have a honda gx160 engine and im missing the springs that control the function of the governor/ can you suggest a site where i can learn which springs im missing as im new to all of this..ty

every time i pull the throttle it comes out of that plastic grove
mine keep breaking too cheap 12 bucks for one is affordable but poorly made
