An epic sighting of lions pulling down a waterbuck in a waterhole while on safari at Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve. Full story on the Sabi Sabi blog www.sabisabi.co...
What happened to the OTHER waterbuck, the one that was getting pulverized at the beginning? I guess he got away. "So who's the winner now?" he was thinking as he ran away, leaving his tormentor to be devoured.
What happened to the 1st waterbuck that was beaten up. Did it drown? I'm assuming it was the waterbuck who won it's fight that then got caught by the lion initially.
God Yahweh loves, and offers Salvation Only by Faith in Christ Jesus, because we sin and deserve hell, but God who is Great in Mercy sent His Son Christ to Save us, he became man and lived among men, but without sin, and suffered the punishment of our sins, was filled with the Holy Spirit, gave his Life for ours, and was raised from the dead by the Power of the Holy Spirit, by Order of his Father, paying with his death for our wickedness, giving us Salvation only by Faith, not by works so that no one can boast. Glory to Triune God, God bless you..
In 2:50, what if one of the lions attack the man sitting on the car? I think that it is risky to be attacked sitting on the hood of that car with lions walking in front of you!
+GoldenAfrican Hi there, chances are that female Lioness you saw in the water is the "The Alpha" Female. That is why she is such a Bad Ass and tried to take on that prey alone in the water.
Naturally lions are gifted with killing skills. I always appreciate herbivores who are not naturally gifted but still show dareness to save themselves n their children.
*That* was a stunning capture... What happened to the other water buck ? It seems he drowned after that last headbutt from the victor. He had better stayed in the water.....
One lioness was brave, rest of the bunch were like pussycats : We cant go into water, water is scary and wet ! But brave lioness still did the job : waterbuck was exchausted and injured, when he climbed out he could not run fast enough and rest of the pride killed him. They all had nice dinner, but did they say "thank you" to brave lioness who did the hard work ?
as long as they stay in the video and don't move too fast, the lions see them as part of the vehicle. just a large animal they've seen since they were cubs that doesn't attack them nor steal their food, nor is food.
@@jjboys215 don't think there are many poachers for lions. and they do have a natural fear of humans. they just don't see us as humans when we're in the vehicle. believe it or not, people don't exit the vehicles near the lions.

This is indeed a great video. And I thought of your comment for a long while. Don´t we humans make sometimes a lot of mistakes, put our friendhips in jeopardy, risk our incomes, and other errors of judgement just for the desire to "mate"? Perhaps we're not so different after all.
It's because the lions don't distinguish between the car and the people. To them that's one annoying big thing with no legs, head or throat that they don't know how to start attacking.
They had lost it. It's not possible for them to get it on the other side of the river. That antelope outrun them. They took a different pic of lions feeding on a different prey.
