Hey, a sponsored product I actually use! I'll be sure to use your link next time I order. I can second the sentiment about cramps. Just using water, I'd often get calf cramps during the latter half of intense training sessions, which sucked. But with a good hydration multiplier like LMNT or Liquid IV, it's not been an issue. I prefer LMNT simply because it's not got extra sugar and that fits some of my dietary goals a little better.

OBVIOUSLY it's hard, but it really shows how challenging stunt-work is when Seth and Kevin (who are both quite skilled gymnastically) are struggling with the moves. Being able to remember a sequence of moves is a world away from being able to put them together fast and smoothly, especially when you are tired. Glad you enjoyed your lessons, it looked really cool.

Excellent video Sensei Seth. You, Kevin, Jeremy, Kyla, and Sean did fantastic jobs. (Shout out to Sean! His dad is Phillip Rhee from the Best of the Best films!) Thanks to everyone for giving us a glimpse into the world of fight choreography and stunt work. There's such an art to it. Just a little tweak means a lot. Jeremy mentioned how you have to sell the movements and I can see why. Also, we see how angles affect a fight scene. I couldn't tell that you and Kevin weren't really hit because the camera shot you guys from the back. Finally, your stunt fall was really well done. Honestly, I said "Oh my god!" when you fell. And that's with all of the padding and safety precautions. Your performance was that good! Anyway, great job!

I feel I've seen enough BTS videos and discussions over the years to say I understand (to a degree) what stunt performers go through, add, and risk for the amazing shots and sequences most of us take for granted when watching our beloved films and TV series. They deserve way more credit than we currently give them! They are the amazing people who truly bring to life the drama, theatrics, and further the story-telling via body language by means of the choreography and their performance etc. during such intense cinematic moments.
Without people like this, many of my on-screen heroes would not be as heroic or cool. Respect to all of them, and thank you!
By the way, that lady stunt performer seems pretty cool! Is she featured in anything?
I'm looking forward to part two! Thank you Seth!
