I agree! I am afraid of some of the more difficult poses because my balance and strength is still developing. But suddenly I end up in more difficult poses and it wasn’t as scary as I thought! Sarah Beth is the only yoga channel I use now because she’s so great at building confidence.
So true! About her reflections: Sarah Beth’s are the only ones I tolerate - even appreciate - because I usually find them so corny and artificial, and I find myself rolling my eyes instead of focusing. Also I realized when trying other yoga channels how clear she is with her instructions: I rarely feel the need to look at the screen, whereas on other channels I’m always stopping to check. And somehow, she always finds something to say that lets me know if I’m doing to pose correctly (or in the most useful way I can). What a fantastic coach! 💕

this workout is legit. wheel at the end was an unexpected surprise. also exposed some interesting right side/left side imbalances in me that i can work on
Sadly, was dx w/Lupus r/t my C19 vaccine. These yoga clips have been such a blessing to help with my flare ups and painful joints. The routines before bed are particularly helpful! Thank you!

I found Sarah Beth during lockdown and the best thing that’s ever happened to me. Her daily reflections are amazing. The only way to start your day is with Sarah Beth. 5 minutes daily practice is better than an hour once a week 😉

I’m really liking this workout. I’m getting more comfortable with the wheel pose but exiting it gracefully is my biggest challenge now but it’s getting better. Thx

So I can barely do a half wheel for now, but today I managed to lift my foot during fallen triangle. I love how quickly this practice is bringing my strength and confidence up. Achieving the wheel might be so far in the future after all! Yay! Enjoy your day folks 😊
